Okay so I purchased a salad and a smoothie for today on July 29. I was just out for a few minutes and yes I know they packaged my order and I told the driver I won’t be home for a little because I was out. And once I got home I didn’t see my order in my doorstep or anywhere else. I contacted this location they rejected my refund and said I’ve asked for the past month which was false and very funny because I only ordered 3 times from them and twice my order was either lost or stolen. And the 2nd time I ordered it was successfully delivered I actually got my order. I wouldn’t waste my time or there time if it wasn’t true. And now they said they closed my account and I cannot order anymore through delivery and I called so many times no one is answering ! Such Terrible customer service !! And now they’re saying to give me a gift card of $40? That’s not what I asked for you can keep that $40 I want my $36.44 refund to original payment! Do NOT purchase from this location because they will keep your money and your order was not received. I got another email and it said I has used 3 different emails and credit cards at our store in the last 2 weeks. Thank you for disabling her delivery access to our store. We have red flaged her at the store level. highly suggest you place a red flag on her too.
Okay go ahead and flag me I’m just speaking the truth. Keeping my money and I didn’t even get my orders. And like I said multiple times I ordered 3 times yes and only one time I actually received my order.
Update it is now August 06 I was nice enough saying if they can refund me I promise I will delete this review and still said no to refund so I will be keeping this HONEST review rather have me keep this no problem i’m easy to communicate with.

I was excited to learn that a location opened up in Durham Region. I visited the Ajax location & the service was also pleasant, but after I got home I realized they hadn't included the chicken, for which I paid extra. I called & was told that my name would be written down & the next time I was in, they would give me the Teriyaki Twist meal with chicken the next time I was in. I decided to go there today (June 29, 2018 approx. 6pm) to collect the Teriyaki meal. The cashier was pleasant & even remembered talking with me on the phone. Another lady came around & took over. She didn't introduce herself or apologize for the mishap. In fact, the cashier is who told me the lady was the manager. The manager then proceeded to tell me that she thinks the meal was already picked up. So, you got my order wrong, your location serves small portions for a high price, you don't introduce yourself or apologize, but you insult my integrity? Nope, won't be back. Read moreI ordered an Oxaca bowl on Uber eats. As a special instruction, I requested that they not put kale in it (I have gout and this may be a trigger food), and "if possible", sub extra crispy wontons instead. It should be noted that crispy wontons are already included in this bowl, so my request was for more of them instead of the kale.
To my surprise, I get a price adjustment on my order that ended up costing $3 more than my original total. Clearly the substitution is not possible if you are treating the request as me adding extra items to my order instead. I would have opted out of this had I known Freshii would charge me extra for trying to substitute a non-premium topping for another non-premium topping.
What's worse is that when I got the order, there weren't any extra crispy wontons at all (actually looked like less than usual; see attached photo), so not only did they charge me for the above, they didn't even provide me what they charged me for.
