I came here last sept 24 i order 50pcs of timbits assorted i specifically ask assorted and i ask for reeses piece dream cookies and even ask me twice what i want good thing i check and they gave me M&M’s one same thing happened last night there’s this indian lady who took my order who made a mistake twice now its like she doesn’t know their product i told her twice then the timbits when i get home its not even assorted majority of them are honey dip and old fashion 5 of chocolates only and maybe 5 or 6 of birthday cakes and they only give me 45pcs theres 5 of them missing why did i know cuz when i get home i have a feeling that there is something wrong with the timbits and i am right our coffee i ask for double double and it taste sugary and it taste gross and i send an email right away and took them long to respond this store didn’t even bother calling and i didn’t go back to the store to claim it cuz its a waste of gas to drive back just for that and when they send me an email they offer me 400 points i was like uhh sorry i don’t use tim rewards card its gonna be useless for me i mean yeah thank you atleast they tried but no thank you for that you guys are big company thats only you can offer i mean not really asking for anything in return hey i order from mcdonalds they forgot my dipping sauce and burger and they send me a complimentary coupon right away i wish you guys are very accomodating its just frustrating everytime i came to this location somethings always happened...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received at one of your locations. On 03 may 2025 I visited your location store after finishing my construction job, wearing slightly dusty clothes due to work.
A staff member at the counter RAJESH not only treated me rudely but also asked me where I was from in an unfriendly and judgmental tone. Without any reason, he began speaking to me in Hindi, assuming my background, which felt highly inappropriate and discriminatory. I found his behavior disrespectful and unwelcoming, especially in a public setting where every customer deserves equal treatment.
As a loyal customer and a hardworking individual, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of my appearance or occupation. It is upsetting to face this kind of stereotyping and unprofessional conduct at an establishment known for its Canadian values of inclusion and respect.
