Harmin, a cashier working on 9Aug2025 at 9:20 PM is one of the most unprofessional worker I've met. She cannot be polite or friendly, or at the least have a decent human interaction. I drove into the drive thru and started to place my order. I requested an iced coffee with customization, she says "you mean iced coffee" and I said yes although that's what I said. Then I continue with the customizations because I don't know if she heard them, to which she isn't letting me finish "yea I got that, what else" but she hadn't gotten the customizations. My mom's beside me and frustrated with her tone and attitude and tells me that she's so rude, to which I continue giving my order. The lady felt the need to respond to my mom who was talking to me, "yes I am" she says. I was giving my order normally until she responded to my mom like that. To which I stopped giving my order, told her to cancel it. I go to the window to get her name because she keeps speaking in the drive thru microphone even after I drive off. She tells me her name is Harmin and starts arguing even when I continued off onto Kingston road, she had the audacity to stick her long neck out the window and continue staring at our car. She should train to be able to listen to orders and not respond to people who aren't talking to her, as I was giving my order without issue. Read moreWalked in to place an order for ice Capps and coffee. The representative Amarpreet who I found out later was the manager was taking my order was so rude I do not know for what reason. I wanted one ice Capp with milk and one without. Even before I could finish the word espresso she says it’s not available. She wasn’t aware if it’s a shot or foam I’m looking for. The foam was available. Was telling me how I should order my Ice Capp was telling me I’m supposed mention the size of the coffee first then the order. I don’t understand why the representative was rude I can order anything that’s on the menu charge me for it and let’s call it a day. I have made sure that me and all my colleagues never order or visit this location again. When I requested to converse with the manager all the employees ganged up against me asking me to leave and stop asking for the managers name. Manager had no name tag on btw. Also guess what she got my Ice Capp order wrong but charged me for the add one as well. Absolutely ridiculous. I am planning to escalate this issue further on social media till a resolution is provided as I was mentally disturbed the entire day due to this horrible experience at this location. Read moreThis location is fairly close to my work. So, I come here often! The staff is pretty friendly and fast. But my experience today was pretty bad. I was the only person in the line while two employees were talking and I was waiting. Then finally, Tika calls me upfront. I asked if I could get Jalapeño bagel, to which she replied, “We don’t have that today!” Then I asked if I could get a Chicken Sandwich, and I was told “We don’t have that”. With no sort of apology or another suggestion or any statement. Then I asked for a croissant and a muffin. Then I came over the other side to wait for my order. Tika was helping the lady after me, making coffees for her and having a nice conversation. A couple minutes after, while she was still helping that lady, she brings my croissant but still keeps talking while holding my food. I waited for a couple minutes then made a gesture to try not to interrupt the conversation. Then while I asked her for the muffin while she gave me my food. She walked away and I thought she was gonna bring it. She started helping the customers in the line. I waited a couple more minutes then walked over, and asked if I could get my muffin, to which she goes, “I kept it at the other cashier side”. With again, no apologies or explanation!
