Today my family and I decided to eat at this establishment at Edmontons airport while waiting for our boarding call. OMG !!! We were served by a gentleman named Brad R and to be quite honest he was by far the nicest, most professional and even beyond that, was such a personable gentleman who really touched our hearts. He has the type of elegance and passion for his job that any establishment could ever wish for from a member of their staff. Brad R if you ever read this, you don't know this but we had just had our flight delayed for the 4th time and were totally bummed when we went to BP's but then we had the pleasure of being greeted by such a pleasant pleasant pleasant gentle. He is an employee who was representing a BP franchise whose values and culture which are always being advertised by BP corporate, that's exactly how we were greeted, such kudos to you sir. You made our 1st world problem of delayed flights disappear without having a hint of knowledge about it. For that we thank you big time. BP HR dept if you folks are reading this, please know that you have an employee that as I just noted, represents every television commercial, billboards in store signage as well as social media blitzes etc etc to the exact standards that are corporately publicized, beyond that even. It isn't often in todays society that one gets blown away by this type of professionalism combined with such passion for his job but also for the personable side of interacting with us the customer, which is your guys bottom line, "profits". This man shouldn't be waiting tables, he should be sitting across your board room table in a marketing role, yes, he really is that passionate about the company he represents and quite frankly you guys are lucky to have found what we say is the proverbial needle that everyone searches for in the haystack but can never find, well you guys found that needle. Thank you for your time and thank you Brad R for showing us there really is super awesome people like you still left in this world. Cheers to you sir, Bob, Helena & family PS: can someone from BP's please let this man know that there are people out there that truly appreciate people of...
Read moreDo not eat here if you value your property.... Kelsey the GM here badly mishandled a simple situation where she instructed her staff to throw in the garbage the personal property of a patron 2 minutes or less after they left the table.. she was rude and aggressive while the patron was calm and respectful.
Moments after walking away from the table her staff picked up a bucket of fresh picked fruit that was left behind and asked her what to do.. she told them to throw it away because she didn't recognize what it was. It was $200 per kilo.
It contained extremely expensive, carefully grown and picked fruit being taken for moms 75th birthday.
Upon returning to ask..I was told it was garbage and kelsey was immediately defensive... then slightly more understanding... but when it came to admitting it was her mistake and making sure it wouldn't happen again by telling the staff she flat out refused and offered no resolution beyond saying she would talk to the staff about it later.
In a busy airport you can bet someone will be racing right back... and I was in this case. The restaurant was calm and the ladies working there obviously knew there was a problem and felt bad so clarification of what to do and that it was her mistake not theirs would have been validating and valuable accountability.
No property should ever be disposed of without sufficient time... 2 to 3 minutes is not sufficient time.
Then to be rude and aggressive about it and have zero accountability is even worse.
Mediocre food aside.. NEVER give your dollars to businesses with no values or those operated by people with poor values.
Zero ratings aren't possible but...

There was a Filipina server that kept coming back and forth close to my table but completely ignored me the whole time. That’s when I decided to just order online with their QR codes. 15 minutes later, my drink never came but the same server sat down three guests beside my table and gave them drinks right away. A manager approached me asking if she can take my order. I told her I’ve already ordered online and if she can check if my order went through. She nodded confusingly… I couldn’t understand the gesture but it seemed like she didn’t care, she started walking away. The server finally approached me and asked if she can take my order, I asked for the bill because I didn’t have time to wait anymore and asked for it because I wanted to pay cash. She said that was NOT an option since I ordered online. My order never came and I had to go. I stood up and tried to approach the manager. She ignored me while I was right in front of her, RUDE. I managed to get the Filipina server’s attention and told her if I can get my food for To Go instead. She gave me the food but still missed my drink, I had to remind her. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and in this case, I’d say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Management,...
