Be prepared for rude poor service.
I ordered a ‘spinach is in it’ drink and asked to add coconut water for more hydration. After she made my beverage, she told me there is apple juice in it. I said, can I have it with Acai + coconut juice and not apple juice? and explained that I assumed it was real apples going into the drink. Then she rudely said “the menu says apple juice.” She then looked at her coworker, both verbally ganging up on me in agreement, looking annoyed. She then opens up her booster juice recipe book in front of me, before I can finish speaking, grabbed the drink and threw it out aggressively. Both ladies then continued to speak their language in front of me(extremely rude). The other lady re-made my drink, and at the end I said thank you. I asked her to tell her coworker the menu in Fact Does Not Say Apple Juice for customers, but Apples. She continues to ignore me and act like I was not standing there or speaking. I said I was unaware & I Was Not intentionally trying to make them do more work. I then said “this is absolutely terrible customer service.”

The lady serving asked me if I need a tray and I said Yes please I don't get it until I asked multiple times. I still don't get it. I was waiting for her to finish the blender so she can hear A lady next to me asked her that I need the tray Again she didn't listened. She had a language barrier and she didn't understand what I was asking and blaming me for not ask if for the tray. Read moreWe went up to the till to order, 3 staff members at the till, but not one person greeted us and they continued speaking in their own language. Until a student-looking worker said "sorry". The ppl at the till ask what can I get you, then went back to speaking their own language, no "sorry", no "have a good flight"... It made us feel that we are inconveniencing them and not valuing our business. Super rude and not following food safety, not washing their hands after touching their hair, face, nose. I could go on.
