Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Alberta

I love this pizza but will never order from the high river location again. Have not ordered from here in a while. Ordered a pizza online today, Apr 21, 2024 I chose to pay when I picked the pizza up in store. When I got there the person at the counter took my payment. Then when I looked before leaving I noticed he charged me more than my order total. I confronted him and he pulled it up on the computer screen. He had charged me a 20% tip without me selecting a tip option. I don't believe in tipping on pick up orders, only delivery. No one tips me for doing my job, ever. So what they are doing at this store is stealing from people. They setup the payment on the debit machine and select a tip option and then hand you the machine to tap or insert card. New owners have ruined this place. This used to be my favorite place to order food from in High River. Since the switch in ownership, staff are very clearly mistreated, I have no interest in supporting a business that can't be bothered to properly treat the people that take care of their customers and keep their little business running. The menu pricing has also had a very obvious increase since the switch. The medium sized donair used to be $11.49, that is now the price of the small, the medium has increased to $13.99 and I have noticed they also put less meat than what they used to just a few months ago. That is an over 21% price increase for less food than what they gave before the increase. Definitely will not be purchasing from here ever again,...

How can I say anymore I ordered 2 pizzas and paid for extra cheese and showed on time if not early ...delivery was on point ...but there was hardly any cheese on the pizza let alone double cheese that I had paid for ...they offered a credit on next purchase but im not from here and probably won't be in town for a long time so I told him that a credit wouldn't help me ...he ask me what he could do to make it better I told him I want what I paid for 20 min later two pizza showed up loaded with cheese...pizza taste great like previous review state great service ,great taste ,and exceptional delivery recommended...
