I have low standards for services in Calgary and accept low standard services but this place is the lowest of the low. My two kids ordered two drinks, we kindly asked for 1 extra straw to share , the manager told me" it's going to cost you 25 cents, you want it with a big ugly grin" no joke, I looked at him and said that's the last time we visit here and I threw the receipt on the counter, June 9 @ 2.25PM, 1 Strawberry Foam and 1 Avocado Mango Pearls and Flavor and large size upgrade totally extra 3 bucks on top the drink price, you don't think I can afford a quarter, if it's in my drink and I can eat it, glad it pay for it. We went to a nearby food court and got a straw for free at no charge, if you can't run a business properly, please take lessons or simply let others know how to operate it, good customer service is what generates loyalty and revenue, Sad part of this is I knew of the owner that run the shop in Chinatown and I believe this is his second location if I am not mistaken, very nice gentleman, he gives out luxury BMW car to all of...

Definitely recommended if you're visiting CrossIron Mall, especially in summer. It's just before the food court (also depends from where you are coming from) in a small outlet but, on a busy day, be ready to have a long queue. We tried their Lemon Wintermelon Basil Seeds, Peach Green Tea and the Strawberry Smoothie. Both the teas were excellent - great cooler on a hot summer day. Very refreshing. I didn't get to taste the smoothie but it was liked as well. The people working are very good. If the queue gets longer, there is a lady who starts noting down the orders beforehand so that by the time you reach counter, you just have to handover your order and it is dealt with. While the service was good overall, they messed up the smoothie twice I suppose and has to remake it.
