The food here is delicious, I must say. The fries are crispy, unlike KFC's, and the buns are toasted nicely yet are soft at the same time. The meat was seasoned nicely. It was nice and juicy, cooked perfectly, and wasn't just any other ordinary burger. The condiments added a nice touch, which is a plus. Not truly a 5 star because of 2 reasons, which are:

They forgot my order and had to wait 5 more minutes again, but it's understandable since it was quite busy. I'd probably recommend them to keep track of things and place their receipts somewhere else, maybe up top and hang it there instead of placing it flat while making their food.

The drinks were close to being lukewarm. It wasn't as fizzy as I expected it to be, and there's no ice as well, which is a huge minus. I'd rather not get the combo and perhaps order a different side and get the drinks from the fridge. That way, you get a nice, cold, refreshing drink that is still fizzy, unlike where they serve you drinks from the fountain. I hope they change that soon because personally, I didn't like it.

Overall, it's not a bad place to eat. First impressions, however, made me only give them 4 stars. If you'd like to try something else, then I'd say give this a shot. It's a hit or miss. It has better fries than KFC and, no doubt, better burgers than A&W. However, it's a little pricey, which I almost forgot to mention, but it does keep up with how it's made and cooked. Nice buns, the beef is delicious, fries are nice, crispy, and salted evenly. There are a lot of options as well, so I may consider coming back here again once things have improved. Then, I may give them 5...

Honestly I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ordered milkshakes. Both of them were extremely bland and tasted like vanilla ice cream.. Drizzling a minuscule amount of flavoured syrup down the side of the cup before adding vanilla icecream and milk doesn’t qualify as a flavour, nor does it justify an 8.50$ or 12.50$ price point.

My partner and I both threw our milkshakes out after a few sips, before we even left the outlet mall.

The woman making our milkshakes was horrible regarding task management.. takes our order for the shakes, proceeds to help coworker with food orders before starting our shakes, leaves her gloves on from handling food materials and then goes directly to making our shakes, without changing gloves. Last step was our milkshakes needed whip cream before being given to us. She proceeds to put the shakes down and take somebodies order, while pressing the screen of the machine; WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON STILL, and then she finishes our milkshakes.

Pretty bunk experience. Sorry...

I tried lots of burgers, and theirs is probably the worst I've had. For its over the roof price, it wasn't worth it. I ordered Wagyu Burger ($15) I expected a very good burger for its price, it was very dry, very overcooked, very under seasoned. The sauce tasted sour, not really sure what it was made of. I ordered burger with Matcha Milkshake and a side of fries. The milkshake tasted nothing but MILK. The fries tasted bitter (wasn't really surprised, because they cooked it for more than 10minutes. 12 minutes of waiting wouldn't be a problem if the food was good. Staff were not friendly. They will also give you your order one by one, because "the mall doesn't provide trays."(with lack of enthusiasm tone"). Definitely not worth it. Just go to a restaurant and pay the same amount with probably better...

We haven't seen any other branches in Edmonton or the surrounding areas so far. The staff grilled the burger patties next to the cashier, which was quite appealing. We had Handy Man that day. It looked exactly like the picture on the menu. It came with double beef patties, bacon, cheese, pickled onions and dijonnaise mayo. The burger was huge, and my husband kept saying how delicious it was while eating. We also ordered Korean Fried Chicken Burger. The bun was soft, and it had crispy fried chicken, coleslaw, shredded carrots and Korean hot sauce. This one was less tasty compared to the beef burger and was served cold. We made both into combos. The French fries were thick cut, and we got two soft drinks.
