The drink quality here is better than at the West Edmonton Mall location (a less busy branch), but the point system for drinks seems unfair.

I ordered three drinks, yet the receipt only registered two toward the 7-drink reward (every 7th is free). When I asked the staff at the till, she “corrected” it by crossing it off and writing “3” with permanent marker—then handed it back to me. This left me without valid proof of the correction.

Instead of fixing the issue, she asked for my phone number and said she’d contact management on my behalf. I haven’t heard back. It honestly felt like a way to make me back down and accept losing a free drink, despite having made enough purchases.

This is also the second time this has happened.

I’ll likely continue coming here for single fruit/veg smoothies to avoid this situation, but I’m leaving this review to warn other regulars about the points system. Note: their drink points do not apply to bubble teas.

Ordered 2 drinks. Both drinks were then spoken out loud to the gentlemen making drinks. One drink was received but then waited over 10 mins for our second one. Was then asked by the associate who placed the order what drink we were still waiting on. When approached that were still waiting for the last drink 5 mins later the associate immediately became defensive and accusing us that we waiting too long and someone else took our drink which was not the case as we were watching closely what was being made. The associate at the till was very rude, and was denying that we told her what was ordered. It took 3 times and 15 mins to get 2 drinks. The gentlemen then offered us a drink that was wrongly made previously that no one took that was now warm as “free gift” due to our wait time. If you forget our order then acknowledge you were wrong and just get us the right drink vs yell at customers in front of other customers and be extremely rude for no reason other then you...

Ordered & had to wait more than 20mins as my partner & others after we ordered got their orders. The lady taking to orders looked at me & asked me again what I ordered, since we had been waiting for awhile & saw my boyfriend already got his drinks.

After she asked what I ordered. I told them what drink, then had to wait an other ten mins while everyone who ordered behind me was already gone & had their drinks. My boyfriend then went & asked what was taking so long. They then proceeded to tell my boyfriend & I that they asked if I got my drink. When we told them “no they asked what drink did I order & not if I got the drink” they lady then started telling us we told her we got the drink, while we didn’t & waiting 25mins.

The guys working were good & tried to make it better with a free drink, greatly appreciated it. But the lady at the till was completely in the wrong & got defensive...
