Freshly Squeezed — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Want to buy freshly squeezed orange juice around 10:45am but unfortunatly the girl at store was very rude verbally n with her facial expressions also n keep on telling me to either take yestrday’s leftover juice or to wait for an hour (honestly that’s her wordings you have to wait for an hour as i will squeeze all the juices first n then only can give you) so i was surprised . N upon asking her name she replied - dont want to tell my name thats y m not wearing my name badge 😮 . Then extreme is she dare to explain me that nothing is pure in Canada - like milk fruits or everythng thn how can u expect juice to be fresh 🙄 when the store name is freshly squeezed 🤐 . Honestly this is not the behaviour to expect when we are paying n expecting good product in return not your attitude n rude behaviour . Definitely gonna spread the word about this among my people around . BIG NO for this brand n specially for the staff working there . This is my review but may be its different...

I have been purchasing from Freshly Squeezed ever since they opened. Always looked forward to their drinks when I come to the mall which is quite often. However, I realized that obviously the management team has changed from the previous one and the original employees have also changed. No longer is fresh fruit being used but powder for juices which used to be natural. The service is poor and the attitude is just wrong and a huge turnoff. After reading some of the reviews from other customers on this page, I can also see that customer service has fallen below standard. Whoever is responsible for managing the reviews is just plain rude. I suppose this is why the lines are shorter these days. It would be nice to see certain things improved upon going forward. I went to order a drink yesterday and I didn’t know what to order I had only drank their boba the last time I went. Once I had asked the employee what was a juice they made that was sour, he had recommended a mango one. Since I wasn’t sure if it was going to be the right one for me; I had ordered a small (The price was 11 dollars!) After the quick wait I tried the drink. It was the most bitter juice I had ever tasted! Then I went to see if they could remake the drink but the employees hesitated and made excuses of the mangoes being from Mexico.
