Young gentlemen with glasses working on Sunday July 2nd, 2023 @ 3pm making the food was extremely rude when I asked him to have my meal to go. He responded coldly with “you should’ve asked” .. which I replied “I am asking now?” which he responded “you should’ve asked earlier.” I’m shocked at how I was spoken to. I waited patiently as he prepared my food which he did very fast and by the time I asked for my food to go he had put the fork into the fries. Sure, this may just be a food court NYF. The food was what you'd expect from NYF, it was tasty for sure. However, the thing that blew my mind....in a world of growing complacency....was that the cashier (who seemed to be the supervisor based on the name on my receipt) took care of me as a customer. Every time I go to this location the staff and food is good, their very friendly but today when I was there it was either an owner or a manager, but she was scolding the staff quite loudly and nitpicking everything while on the other side of the counter.
