Famoso Pronto - EIA — Restaurant in Alberta

Ordered through skip the dishes ( I have worked for restaurants and know that they can change their timing) was pushed back an hour and a half which it wasn't a problem. Would wait even so. The food came It was freezing cold and was missing items. You spend almost an extra $2 for prosciutto and it comes and it's literally bacon bits and even then it's not even half a teaspoon, so whatever you do do not make that choice. No parmesan on the salad which is so disappointing, again, I am talking about a quarter teaspoon on the whole salad. Also ordered the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella balls which were always my favorite They also came freezing cold and I was missing one out of the three. I don't know if this is a head office issue or just this place... But when I called the actual store to try and rectify the problem I was having, the person on the phone mentioned she was the owner and that she had made the order herself and I was the only skip order as they were not busy I questioned why it took so long and she blamed skip. When I complained that my order was cold and things were missing. She was so unreasonable and unprofessional is actually unreal She's a business owner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your time. For the prices they charge you would expect good customer service. The "owner" does not know what...

Stopped in for dinner this evening. The ladies working were friendly initially until we told them we wanted to dine in. Their moods changed drastically. When we were ready to order we had to go to the counter. We were informed then that they no longer served gelato (despite it being on the menu above the register and the menue in hand), there was no espresso (allegedly). When we got our food it was not great. The standard was definitely below other locations we've ed. While we were eating another family came in to dine. The two staff members began expressing their disapproval towards us and the other family, amongst themselves loud enough it was overheard for sure by us. While we were finishing up, a skip driver came and was informed they'd cancelled his order "because it would take to long". They are open for another 2 hours and it is not busy (staff were standing around talking). We will not be back nor will we order from this location...

Wings were great. This being the first famoso i had ever been to we decided to try something different. the Dude at the counter who took the order was super nice, Pizzas were fast, italianish pizza. the sauce my kid said tasted like tomato soup. the Margarita was better than the cheese and famoso Hawaiian pizza i had, kids also didn't finish their meal. they ate the gelato, but didn't really like the chocolate in it. i must say for a pizza specific place, it was not what it was hyped to be. kinda made me wish i had gone to costco for pizza at 1/10th the price.. The not so spicy "hot wings" with carrots were what saved the meal for me, but i am a chili head apparently.. It seemed $$$$$$$$$$$ for...
