KFC — Restaurant in Alberta

Mistake 1-ordered online Mistake 2-waited 20mins after est. delivery time to call. Assumed they were busy. Mistake 3- didn’t cancel order when I was told they never even started it. Mistake 4- asked for a discount, got told they don’t do that in a rude manner. Mistake 5-assumed delivery driver was competent at getting directions, he drove past twice. Once while on the phone with me while Im standing with door open. He was nice though, unlike the lady on the phone.

All in all food was okay, still warm enough. But came 2 hours after I placed the order.

Then they gave our food to someone else who went through it and brought it back up to the counter which they then brought it out to us. Of course we had them make it over again.
