OPA! of Greece Gasoline Alley — Restaurant in Alberta

Would give 0 stars if I could this was the worst experience in food I have ever had. I used to work in the food industry and the way today went was insane. I had called to place an order for pick up. I ordered for one gyro chicken rice bowl with no jalapeños, and one shrimp rice bowl with everything on it. The phone call went on for longer than it needed due to the male employee not understanding what I was telling him and saying that I was ordering a wrap and three bowls. I replied with that is not what I was ordering and repeated my order, he finally clued in to what I was ordering and asked how far I was. I said I was 5 minutes away, he asked “so do you want me to make it now?” YES! That is why I said I was 5 minutes away. Then I get there and I pay for my order the guy takes forever to make it. I am in a hurry at this point and the guy making my food was taking a phone call with his other hand with his gloves on. He didn’t even change his gloves! He finally gives me the two bowls and said “gyro bowl, and chicken bowl.” I said no that should be a shrimp bowl and a gyro chicken bowl with no jalapeño. They say they can remake it for me and I say no I am in a hurry and try to leave. The manager or whoever it is tries to stand in front of me to stop me and I said to move I had to leave because I am in a hurry. How UNPROFESSIONAL! Only one of the bowls had chicken and they both had jalapeños! I paid $20 for this crappy service and food. I will NEVER be coming...

Not willing to make to order and they are not organized and they dont do any dietary restrictions told us thats how it is and thats that the taylor drive location is far superior as they listen and follow directions but this location in gas alley gives attitude and doesnt follow directions very disappointed and after paying 35 dollars to not be happy is an outrage. I will add that once i got home and tried the food there was no sauce on my greek salads the pita bread wasnt even seasoned and had to add my own sauce this is literally the worst experience i had at an opa please do not waste your time at this location TAYLOR DRIVE LOCATION IS THE ONE TO GO TO they are worth the extra distance

We are a family of three costumers of Opa on average once a month. Usually we go to Taylor drive as they are exceptional in service and food servings. Today we ordered two platters in gasoline alley. The serving of both platters were surprisingly awful. Out of 5 items only one potion ( falafel) was sized appropriately: The potato was a small potato that was served half for each platter, tomatoes in salad not fresh. Rice portion was small, pita bread half of it was extremely small in size like it was served for children and the sauce provided was filled less than half a sauce cup. I am very disappointed and will ensure to support only Taylor drive Opa even if it’s slightly out of the way. Service was nice, quickly done. Our family will not support cutting...
