Pita Pit — Restaurant in Alberta

I don't know what's happened to this location 😕. I always stop here going through Red Deer. Place is usually always clean, pleasant staff.

Today was not the case and based on recent reviews is an ongoing issue. Somehow my Pita cost more than it usually does. He was very sparse with toppings. Put tint squirt of sauce, so got to eat 75% of my pita veggies, meat and wrap plain. Also refused to sell me any yogen fruz products as "it was a busy weekend and we are all out". As I looked at his coworker stocking the freezer and had all toppings and yogurt bars inside...... I was also the only customer in the store, so it wasn't like it was too...

I enjoy coming to this Pita Pit for their ease of access off the QE2 and for their excellent quality of food an customer service.

I didn't give it a 5 Star review because I use a rewards program from Pita Pit and I frequently do not get my rewards properly added and or the scanner at the restaurant refuses my rewards QR code. I wouldn't fault the restaurant for this issue directly; although, I do frequently visit this restaurant and I would like my points credited to my account without having to constantly review the account and contact their support team. I stopped at this location as I was coming back home from Calgary. I decided to order on the app as it was super busy inside and I had to wait outside to get in so I was thinking I could skip the line. Wishful thinking because the guy was like I will do it after I take all of the other peoples orders that were in line. Kind of frustrating but whatever, I waited for my gluten free pita and then the guy tells me they don't have hummus........ why is it on the app then?
