DON'T GO HERE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW food was ok nothing spectacular the kids grill cheese was very boring, my daughter found the gravy spicy, the veggie calzone was very skimpy on the veggies and cheese, the sauce was good and the dough was good, the mashed potatoes were a tad dry and could be a more seasoned. What was very disappointing was there was a bug in my daughter's water which was replaced but I've been in the restaurant industry for a very long time and in my professional opinion that is extremely disgusting and a health code violation. I asked to speak to the manager who was very rude and at 1st refused to give me any type of compensation. I've as a manager given free meals away for much less, he eventually said ok 10% but ment 10% off one item being a measly 1.30 off the bill whenever I said that's not acceptable he got more rude I offered to pay 50 which in my professional opinion was much more than fair he argued with me for a while more then said thats it I'm calling the police which I returned to say ok I'll inform them about the bug in the water. The waitress then very rudely and in a very snooty voice said "Here I'll pay your meal out of the goodness of my heart" so I left with that said they could have had 50 but their loss The waitress as well was not very professional looking she had a bug on her arm and an I.V dangling out of her arm which nearly hit my wife in the face reaching over. I had ordered the full veal cutlet dinner, for my wife and I to share. In addition, we ordered two “cups” of soup as an appetizer. When the food came to the table, there was only the veal cutlets on the plate and two cups of soup. No potato, no vegetables. I explained to the waitress that this was not what we ordered. We wanted the full order of veal cutlets. I told the waitress she did not listen to what we ordered. She told me she would get us a potato, and vegetables, but that there would be an extra charge. This restaurant normally has good food. She should have taken responsibility for the screw-up (and the owners) and made it right. We won’t be going back to this restaurant any time soon. Very...

We went to the Otherside for dinner tonight and were very disappointed. One of us ordered curry chicken. Asked questions about it and everything. The waitress brought butter chicken and said that's what she ordered. She did not. The waitress avoided us and we had to search her down to ask for coconut milk to calm down the super spicy butter chicken. She brought coffee creamers. Waitress never would offer to correct the order. We should have demanded it. She brought our bill. Never asked how our meal was or if we wanted dessert. There was no discount. None of the butter chicken was eaten. Overall, the service was terrible. Some of the food was acceptable. It was a waste of money. Gravy was harsh, dark brown gravy mix...
