A&W Canada — Restaurant in Alberta

The best staff/customer service in any restaurant I've ever been to. Let me explain: Traveling around Alberta towns to visit relatives always leaves you with the impression of one main thing- great people. And this little, local A&W is no different. The friendly and efficient staff are kind and get the order done while being neighborly . The local people who gather for coffee and breakfast each morning appreciate the location as one of the community gathering spots. This is the kind of thing that makes a difference not only for people looking for a reasonably priced, fast food meal, but for communities long term.

I appreciated the fact that my dad can visit with his friends from the area each morning and he knows the reliable and kind folks at A&W will be there for them each day. On my visit with him, the server behind the counter even cut his coupons out for him so he could save a few pennies while enjoying his breakfast sandwich and visiting with friends.

These 5 stars go to the young blonde lady with short hair and glasses working at the counter on Sunday April 7, 2019 around 4pm at the Stettler A&W. She was the only employee running till and drive through. She was literally running from one order to the next. She saved your company from a lot of angry patrons on this day. She handled everything meticulously, efficiently, and with a smile. Please give this women a raise!!! She single handedly kept your business alive on this day!! If she reads this then I want her to know that her determination and work ethic is going to take her to big places!! 10/10 to this woman working her butt off for what I can imagine is...

Big improvement. We come through town a few times a year, stopping at on or two local restaurants. A couple years ago we'd had a really bad order at this A&W. Literally something wrong or off about each item (things like cheese and egger with no cheese or mozza burger with cheddar, ice cold beyond meat patty, stuff like that. Anyway came back this past Sunday and everything was great. Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly and everything we ordered was hot and accurate. Was so nice we came back a second time after grabbing kids from their spring camp so they could eat here too. Great job,...
