Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alberta

For any of you that have ever experienced awful service from the owners of the High River Pizza Hut I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I too have walked into the restaurant and been greeted by one of the sourest faces in the service industry that I have seen in a while. His name was David and he is the owner of this facility. Not only does he treat his customers with the lack of respect that they deserve but he is verbally abusive to his employees as well. I have ordered from location in high river 3 times in this past week. I gave great reviews for the quality and price for the pick of the day deal. Today I received a pizza was suppose to have bacon and pepperoni, green pepper and mushrooms as it's sunday well I mean there was literally one piece of pepperoni on the whole large pizza and very little cheese or toppings. I get the price is excellent but still, we all work for our money and should be given what we order. The other days were excelled which is why I gave it such top marks.. VERY disappointed with today's pizza.. just cause it's a deal does not mean I just want to eat...

Rude Rude !!! The manager/ owner?!! You should have give my free bread stick as it’s not stated in my email when I received the coupon code that I need to purchased 10 dollars worth of your food to receive the bread sticks free!!!Its ridiculous to be honest as you treat your loyal customers !!you should know your customers before being rude !!!!!I hope you can prove it to me somehow about franchise rulings on your online advertisement that in order to get free bread sticks !!!
