I wouldn't even give this restaurant a 1 star .
I want to let the public know that I have never been treated so poorly as I was today when I called RED Bowl Chinese restaurant was over 1 hr and 20 minutes to receive. It was almost cold, soggy everything was soggy. Worst food I ever had couldn't eat it. So I called the restaurant and the person I talked with on the phone told me to call Door dash and ask for a full refund, since he felt it was their problem. I did so and sent photos of the disgusting soggy food I paid over $81.00 for.
I am always an honest person, so after door dash checked how long it took for the driver to reach my home it was ruled out it was a delivery issue since they have an app and the driver can be monitored as to where he is.
I called red Bowl back and the man on the phone got the owner/manager to so-call talk to me, firstly the woman out talked me, wouldn't listen to a word I said, she was extremely rude and I have never been treated that way ever! I explained what Door dash said calmly on my part, her raising her voice out talking me on hers. I tried to explain that door dash has an app to track how long the driver is at her restaurant and clearly since she said not my problem! I'm busy, it clearly by her loud actions towards me , was a kitchen issue and that the food stood a long time waiting before the driver was given it and I would suggest not ever doing business with such a restaurant that is dishonest in their excuse when all other avenues were checked with due diligence.
As for the recent response from the owner on this review, she didn't even apologize for her extremely rude and unprofessional manner she talked with me in the phone. This is not how a customer should ever be treated. My review stands firm.
Customers are what makes a business grow, the treatment I received was deplorable. Outside of her control? The order was placed online at 3:57 PM. If the order was ready at 5:00 P.M. for door dash to pickup the food would have been delivered warm, it was delivered at 5:18 P.M. Due diligence and common math explains it all. VERY VEY poor professionalism and customer care , I called and was ignored and then made this post ! And after reading several reviews can see owners/management really just don’t care
Also if burnt is and option vrs properly prepared maybe you should specify that to a customer when they are ordering … also maybe make the grease optional as well 🤢🤮..
The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the wontons ,
My chow mien was burnt and beyond BEYOND greasy , literally gagged with my first bite !! The sweet and sour chicken was chewy and tastes like it’s gone off , the Szechwan beef was absolutely horrific

The service was ok and the salt and pepper shakers at the table were empty and we had to ask for more water and our plates cleared.
