You guys seriously need to stop taking coffee out of the pot before it is finished perking….. my coffee today tasted like water, cream and sugar, so disappointing. I don’t even know why I bother wasting my money.
I don’t understand why some workers think customers are stupid. They tried to give me a large triple triple when I ordered an extra large triple triple. When I got to the window, I told her no I want an extra large. She brought me back an extra large coffee And I asked her if they made a fresh one and she said yes. Driving out of the drive-through, I tried it, and it seriously tasted like they dumped the large coffee into an extra large cup and added to it. I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like, I also know what colour it is supposed to be. When I took it in the employee did make me a new coffee which tasted 100% better however she was 100% annoyed with me and definitely had no problem letting me know. I would like to get what I pay for that’s all. Read moreToday, July 3, 2024 Wednesday on my way home after work at around 6:25am I ordered a small coffee with 1 sugar via the drive thru. I paid $5.00 cash and the cashier gave me the change and I went on my way. While driving at Anthony Henday, I realized there's something off with the change. So I checked my pocket and sure enough the change I received was only $1.35?!! I am too far to go back so I just wrote this review at home. The cashier was skinny and had a black long hair, I think she is from Punjab. Either she can't do basic math or the price of small coffee is now $3.65 which if very unlikely. She needs coaching in cash handling. Also the guy she is with taking the orders, he initially offered me some promo meal but when I started asking about it he cut me off and proceeded to my order. It could have been a sale for you guys because I am a bit hungry but he pushed back. I feel he doesn't know what he is offering, so I think he needs some selling coaching as well. Read moreStopped by here regularly for coffee when I started a new job in Nisku. I can honestly say this is the worst Tim Horton's I've been to. Almost every single time I've gone there, they get my order wrong. I don't know how they do it, but they do.
Part of the problem is the amount of traffic they get, the staff there don't seem capable of handling it. There are always long lines in the store and in the drive through. Be ready to wait upwards of 8-10 minutes for your order if you go inside. Once you finally get your order, make sure you open up the bag and check that everything is right and look at your coffee to make sure they gave you the right type, because they won't.
Save yourself the hassle and frustration, brew your own coffee and make some toast in the morning instead. Or give your money to another company, this Tim's...
