I order the exact same thing every-time I go. I get their bacon Swiss breakfast sandwiches cuz Iâm allergic to sausage, I am very specific when ordering but I always manage to order and they give me the wrong sandwichâs almost every time, when I go in to get it fixed they tell me (what I said) to them, or what they think I said⌠but because 99% of them donât speak English or the bare minimum they have no customer service or understanding, pretty sure one of the people there donât know the difference between sausage and bacon, and apparently donât know how to stir the coffee. This is very frustrating as when I was in the fast food industry the main priority was that the customer is happy and satisfied, and never have I ever told someone else âwhat I heard them say to meâ Iâd just say what can I do to fix this problem instead of trying to argue. Seems like there priority is to get u in n out fast as possible which makes sense hence fast food but A. Have some customer service donât just open the window let a guy pay and close it with 0 words used, B. Make sure u got the correct order which would mean double checking and TALKING to the customer. Last but not least could not stress this enough how disrespectful it is speaking a foreign language in a public place of employment. In saying that not that Iâm not going to make a big difference but I will no longer go to this Wendyâs. By the way im a dasher, last Thursday, Feb.02 around 5:30pm im supposed to pick up an order, of course i need to find a parking spot, then i parked, going to wendys, then unfortunately there were no sinage in the door that the dine in area was closed, its only 5:30pm that time, so i went to my car and drove all the way to the drive thru, i asked one of the staff why they are so early to close the dine in, he said they are short staffed⌠thats ok I understand that. The next day friday, Feb.03 around 6pm i have pick up again, and i saw the dine in , they were no lights so i assumed that the dine in is closed again,(i admit its my fault for assuming that the dine in is closed).so i decided to go to the drive thru to pick up the orders. Im talking to the guy about my pick up order and the lady named Outta batt-in and yelled at me saying next time go to the dine in for doordash. Im trying to explain to her but she walked out, so im talking again to the guy and she batt-in again and she chased me like a dog. I know i have fault as well but im not supposed to be treated that way, she can talk to me nicely and explain in a calm manner. She should not be called a supervisor or manager, she should set an example to her staff members.    Read moreBrutal ordering, 15 minute wait, tried over and over scanning my QR code for rewards on the app until I just said "don't worry about the points, can I just pay and get my food please???" The manager came over and started trying to explain that they were having trouble scanning my rewards code and that the points might not be added. I said again, I don't care, I've been waiting 15 minutes and had already picked up my wife's order from McDonald's. That took about 40 seconds total in the drive through, Wendy's was almost 20 minutes for one meal and two sandwiches on the side. Guy in front of us had about the same wait judging by the way he left the drive through. I could have run into coop, got some ground beef and some buns, came home and cooked my own in the same time by myself. I don't understand what is going on in there. I saw 2 people and I'm pretty sure there is a third in the back. Just disappointing in every way. Also the bag they handed me was about 20% soaked through with grease. Enough that it soaked through a stack of 4 napkins my wife had it sitting on. I was sick of waiting and just wanted to get home and eat or I would have parked and walked in with the bag.
