Freddie's Pizza & Donair Amherst — Restaurant in Amherst

Ordered 2 small donairs and chicken swarma for supper, asked for tomato on the wrap. They had it as extra pickles and put it on. Got the food and the final price was $7 more then on the recipe turns out was the delivery fee but we were not told about how much delivery fee would be 1 minute down the road at the Comfort Inn. Went back to ask why we were charged an extra $7 and after arguing for 10 minutes and 2 people proceeding to try and add up the prices to get the first price it was we finally found out it was the delivery charge that we didn’t know because they said nothing about it. Then went back 15-20 minutes later and said they made it and took the order wrong and they begun to yell and defend themselves for the following 20 minutes back and forth with me then we came to agreement he give us new wrap and we will leave no harm done. Then before making the wrap decided to argue with us for another 5 minutes before I cut in to ask them to go make the wrap so we could leave. They then decided that they were too busy with only 1 order so we decided we would wait until they would make it and after them ignoring us again they decided they would make the wrap. They argued once again before we got the wrap and then they gave us the wrap aswell as a large pizza which was very nice. But before we left they needed to argue for a few...

(SECOND EXPERIENCE) Well my edited review...lol been a yr or so since i been back decided to give them another shot....bought the same thing a Jumbo donair, i think i may have gotten a tad bit more meat , OMG the spices who in the sweet F$%k made this meat usually a sign of homemade meat to save money....wow that had to be the spiciest donair ive ever tried to eat....jesus ... WHY DOES NOBODY KNOW HOW TO PREPARE THE PITA BREAD ANYMORE LOL you dont just take a pita from the bag and throw meat on it.....lol it drys it out making it crumble apart in your hand, I tried gave them a second look , it actually got worse ....... i give it a score of NEGATIVE 9 .............

(1ST EXPERIENCE)BOUGHT a Jumbo donair ,expecting a huge donair its just a large, don't ever get it there is no difference ,and it was like 20 dollars plus i gave a tip , the meat was soooo dry you could tell it was sitting around all day, the quality of this place is all but gone, never getting my business again. (just a tip learn how to prep(fry) your pita bread giving people dry pita bread is just about the worst thing you could ever do...

Called a larger order in with a few specific requests. Everytime we travel back to NB, we bring donairs for our family! This was the first time we'd ordered from Freddie's and I was so happy with our food. I called in an hour early asking for it to be ready at 3.45. I arrived a few minutes early and the gentleman was just finishing our order. He had everything labeled in different bags for the different made donairs.
