Moonlight Restaurant — Restaurant in Antigonish

Called at 8:02pm from outside the restaurant to order a simple takeout platter. At after 815 I was watching her cleaning tables and sweep floors while still having me on hold. There was one medium sized table seated and that was it. I walked in and she never even noticed at first what the ringing and beeping was as my phone was on speaker for her to hear. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner and was told everyone was too busy to speak with me. Poor customer service, poor attitude, quite sassy for working in a restaurant who is expecting tips. And yes I have photos of all of this. Aswell as screenshots of the phone call waiting time and the photos of her cleaning rather than simply picking up the phone. If it says open until 830 then to me, that means it’s open till 830 as I’ve worked in the kitchen myself and owners don’t shut down the kitchen early as they want to make money, but clearly they don’t want the money from one simple takeout platter When the food is already made in bulk...

If I could give this place - Stars I would. I've been here multiple times over the years and it has always been consistent. Service is always great and friendly. Food is always delicious. I like how the portions are generous and the prices are affordable. My family has been going for over 20 years, and we still keep going back. I just wish they would make some updates to the interior, it could use a major face lift. Most of the inside, including the dishes haven't been changed in decades.
