I was very disappointed in visit this morning .I do not go to Tim Hortons very often but today I was there for breakfast. The service of the clerk's was super and my order was made quickly and it was very tasty. What upset me was that the manager of the store was rude and he berated his employees in front of me. I asked an employee to explain to me how the new rewards card worked and while she was pleasantly explaining it to me the manager loudly spoke to her to hurry up and do what she was supposed to be doing. This was to put up signs for him. I called out to him to explain and he just looked at me and ignored what I asked him. He was an embarrassment to your store and I felt very badly for all the staff in that location as he continued to scream at them from across the room to hurry up. Do better. Clean this clean that and all in front of customers. It will be a long time before I go to that Tim's again it was so not customer friendly and yet the staff continued to be polite and friendly. I hope this type of management is not the new way for your...

Read moreFour times over the past month we have ordered a 20 pack of assorted timbits only to receive literally 20 plain, plain with sugar and a couple of chocolate. We treat ourselves once a week but have literally thrown these boxes in the garbage. Each time we assumed they must be low, but have come to realize this is the norm.
Coffee and tea at McDonald's are better. The only attraction left at Tim Hortons was the timbits.
The people working the window deserve some kudos, this is a busy spot and customer service is usually on point. This is 100% a...
