Asked for 1 teen burger, 2 mozza mushroom burger and a bag of onion rings. The skunky smelling kid at the window all red eyed and droning (kirby) hands us our order, and the change which didnt seem correct... when I got home after a 45 minute drive Id found that Kirby had messed up my order and not even that, my burgers looked like theyd been fired into my bag by a potato gun. Condiments askew across the whole bun of all three burgers, plus theres a wad of squished fries in my bag of onion rings... okay...
So when I call into the store to let them know about my "mixup" I get this studdered and muddled greeting combined with laughter and a total disregard for professionalism on the phone, Guess who??? SUPRISE!!- Its kirby once again. I got so mad after asking this kid what the hell his plan is for life that he could have such a flagrant disregard for professionalism was I had to hang up on this kid, who obviously thinks his job is a joke. She also included root beer lollipops and moist towelettes! What a kind gesture! The coffee is always excellent and so were our other breakfast items but Lori definitely made our day both mornings. We’ll be stopping by again next summer on...

I ACTUALLY had to say " um excuse me, but please get your employee to wash his hands before he goes anywhere near my food ". * Be careful if you have...
