McDonald’s — Restaurant in Armstrong

Dont go here...., I went inside ordered a big Mac meal with lrg fires and milkshake. Waited 15 min, while others came after and went before me (3 seperate orders, order #1- 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries, #2 - 2 mcdoubles with a fry, and order three was not announced) you can see my frustration. Milkshake was more liquid then triple thick since it was ready 2 min after I ordered.. i wish the app had a complaint section about the pre bumping of order numbers. Ive worked in many restaurants, i fully understand order times. But for fast food to pre bump and then forget to make it... I'll stop at the A&W across the street next time.

I have to edit my original post. Initially I wrote and posted this before even trying the food. The fries were cold, the milkshake as I said had melted not fully but enough to make a bad experience worse, also my burger tasted a little off at the time I assumed It was the difference between AB beef and BC quality. (Since I ordered a big Mac the night before in Calgary.) However for the following 2 days my stomach hurt and was uncomfortable and in the evenings I was physically shaking... all this to say I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from you, which is tough to do since I was raised in the 90s by parents who didn't know better, so we kept takeout pizza in the oven until it was all eaten... l have a cast iron stomach.

Will not be back. It would not surprise me if they are not following proper FIFO guidelines

Ohh I ordered at 12:50pm in the afternoon, which is peak hours and it wasn't even...

I don’t know why I expect a different result every single time I come to this McDonald’s, I guess I just hope that they will get better every couple years maybe? I’d say I have been to this McDonald’s, maybe four times and I grew up in the area, And I hate it. Every single time I go there it’s a rip off. I live in Salmon arm where they actually do good service and offer you things like yes I can give you a water bottle with your kids meals or no I don’t screw up your order or every time you make an order they actually hear what you’re saying and give you the proper thing. This McDonald’s never ever ever gets it right. And they are the cheapest place on earth. Another example one time I order an ice cream cone for my kids, but I wanted it in a cup because my kids don’t like the cone And they get it everywhere and they insisted they had to charge me for a Sunday. I didn’t want anything on the ice cream. I simply want a cup. I’m pretty sure that costs the same as a cone but no, they can’t do that. They don’t give water bottles with happy meals, but honestly sometimes us parents don’t want our kids having juice And snarky never eat. I just keep driving and find...

The McDonald’s in Armstrong is a great place to grab a bite and experience friendly, fast service. Their burgers are always tasty and fresh, and the entire menu is prepared just the way you’d expect from a trusted brand.
