I sorry I recently received a considerable amount of subway gift cards so I been here a lot in the last few months and there service is fine but I can’t express how disappointed I feel I think this is the last time I’ll ever come to this subway as I had many poor experience with the staff using not enough meat on subs and rice bowls and putting considerably less then regular veggie portions when asked for lots of that veggie This last experience was too much Prices have been raised recently the guy behind me even ended up walking out when he asked the price of a sub I’ve had in the past managers tell and insist to trainees to put only one scoop of meet on a foot long sub when regular is two scoops for a foot long. I recently ordered a rice bowl and the chicken container they use to measure out the chicken wasn’t even quarter filled I was so sad I don’t blame the employees but it sad there prices are so expensive and it’s insulting that they cheap out so hard on meat and veggie’s considering how much they’re prices are now. If the owner reads this I hope this is a wake up call cause I’m not the only one who’s noticed .I’m just very sad that a business which I occasionally go to when I’m busy will no longer be an option for me not because I don’t love the food but because I’m get ripped off and I just feel disrespected I’m not mad im just sad and...
Read moreMy family has covid and tonight we were not feeling up to cooking and cleaning dinner but wanted to keep it as healthy as fast food can be. We placed our order online and had someone else pick up for us with a screenshot of our paid order through PayPal. Staff was nice but refused to make our order when pushed harder they contacted the manager who still refused to make our order. So out $42.85 and no food for our sick family. We had to place a refund ticket with PayPal who has to speak with Subway to confirm we did not get our order because it already shows the transaction was complete. I feel with all the information we sent to our friend they could have taken our names and number, order number and sorted it out on the backend but none of that happened. Sick and hungry feel this one star was earned....
Read moreOrdered online and received an order confirmation and pick up time...arrived with a print out showing my confirmation number and was told to wait....waited fifteen minutes while she filled a phone in order. When she looked at my confirmation receipt she said she hadn't received the order and there was no proof of the Paypal payment... She phoned her supervisor who said I would have to pay again to have my order made. I pointed out that my confirmation gave the time, order number, the Armstrong Subway address but the sandwich maker said " oh your app must be out of date". I had to return home and print out the full confirmation emails from Paypal and Subway... even when I returned she said "well I'll make your order, but it's not in my computer". ...
