Empire Chef — Restaurant in Aurora

I don't know if it's just me..!!!!! The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to.. First they so unfriendly , the girl that takes order has some attitudes towards customers I don't know if it has to do with race?? When I was looking at the menu and asked her questions so that I can know which is best for , she replied with a rolling eyes.. I mean, I work at the restaurant this is not the way of treating customers at all... I see no wonder the place is empty plus the food is not fresh some of them... The price is good maybe because no one goes there!??? Again if all that I mentioned won't change, guys you might end up closing the restaurant... Am writing this not because I have issues with you but because I like Chinese food and itsi close to my house I would love to be a regular customer.. SERVICE need to be GOIG... Don't mind...

Tried to give this place a second opportunity after a year hoping the quality of food might have improved, but to our dispair it was still disappointing.

The sesame chicken tasted like it was fried in some very old oil and had the after taste of bitter bad oil. I am not sure if it's the cooking or the quality of ingredients used but I really hope they look into it. Except for noodles, everything gave us the guilt of eating unhealthy. Rice was not cooked completely so we had to throw away the steamed rice box that came along with the order. My little guy got an upset stomach which was the most horrifying part.

The staff is polite and friendly. The place is pretty economical we ordered 4 items and paid only...

Really bad chinese food. I would not even call it chinese food. I asked for cantonese chow mein with oyster sauce and no onion, mushrooms or celery because I have allergies. What I got was disgusting. Egg noodles slathered in soya sauce (not oyster) with bean sprouts and julienned carrots, no vegetables at all (no broccoli, bok choy, red or green peppers, baby corn, water chestnuts or bamboo shoots -etc...). Will not be buying from here again. I should stick to my regular spot Choice of the Orient in Richmond Hill which makes excellent food even when you ask for them to make alterations...
