Labyrinth Escape Games provides an exceptional escape room experience that combines intricate design, challenging puzzles, and a touch of thematic variety. The attention to detail in room construction is impressive, with each element contributing to the immersive atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the carefully crafted ambiance of each theme draws you into a world of mystery. The puzzles at Labyrinth are a highlight, striking a balance between teamwork and individual problem-solving. The complexity varies across rooms, catering to both beginners and seasoned escape room enthusiasts. The diversity in themes, ranging from historical mysteries to futuristic scenarios, ensures that each visit offers a fresh and exciting challenge. The staff's enthusiasm adds to the overall enjoyment. They manage to strike the right balance between being helpful without giving too much away. Their passion for the escape room experience is evident, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the provision of hints is well-timed and enhances the collaborative aspect of solving puzzles. While the majority of rooms are well-executed, some could benefit from minor technical improvements. These issues, however, do not significantly detract from the overall experience. The rooms' layouts, puzzles, and thematic elements collectively create an engaging and memorable adventure. Labyrinth Escape Games successfully captures the essence of what makes escape rooms a thrilling and enjoyable activity for both novices and experienced players alike.

I took my son here with his cousins (all around 9-10 years old) on a Friday night and they had a blast in the Labrinth room. The host, Louis, was absolutely phenomenal. He was super outgoing, kind and engaged with the kids. He gave great tips to help them through the challenges without them getting frustrated and not giving away too much detail. He made us feel super welcome in an unfamiliar setting (we were all nervous at first). To be honest (don’t tell my kid), my son was the one who wanted to come here but I was very hesitant and I didn’t even want to participate. About 10 minutes in, I was fully locked in and totally ate my own words. Louis and the team were great hosts. The kids needed many hints but they always came in smiling and eager to help us out. The kids are also quite boisterous and outgoing but the staff were great at handling them and setting the rules (of course, I also brought in some of my parenting/ aunt guidelines too). If anyone is sceptical about escape rooms, I highly recommend coming here. You will get your money’s worth! The effects and hidden doors were very cool. The challenges were well done and thought out. It’s a great opportunity to learn team collaboration and communication skills as well. The kids and I had such a blast so we will be back soon! Some insights: they have small snacks and drinks for sale, they have free lockers with keys to store your jackets and purses. The facilities are clean! There’s a sitting area with a couch to wait around. They have some games for sale.

Did a 10th birthday party for my daughter with 7 of her friends last night... our first Escape Room experience and it was amazing! Booking was so easy, communication by email was prompt each time, the facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (even with 8 noisy 10year okd girls). The actual room itself I am still marveling at! It was a challenge for the girls (mainly because they didn't read all the clues fully and carefully and didn't work as a team, but we did make it out with some extra assistance and clues... only 5 mins over time. The design, planning and build boggles my mind! Now the moms want to go back and try a room on our own! Great job Labyrinth Escape Games, we will be back!

I was extremely disappointed with the Carnival room!! I left frustrated and VERY dissatisfied. I have done a different escape room at Labyrinth before and it was great. So great, that I recommended it to friends and even got a new friend to come along with my group this time. I am embarrassed that I recommended Labyrinth so highly after doing this carnival escape room.

There were SO many technical issues. We do escape rooms a lot, and we had to ask for way more hints than we normally do. Every single hint we asked for, the clue that was given to us was what we were already doing! We were actually already doing the puzzle correctly, but there was technical issues stopping us from advancing. We wasted a LOT of time with buttons that were extremely temperamental (we were told different excuses each time: first push lighter, then push with all 5 fingers equally instead of one finger, then push harder), and an incorrect/mislabeled clue. I suggested to the staff that they should warn people before they do the room that the buttons need to be pressed a certain way to work properly. I suggested this after the 3rd time having this issue. The staff were rude, dismissive and argumentative. There was one point when the staff member was helping us with a clue involving buttons and even then it didn’t work! We had to do it again with the staff member because we pressed the button and it “double tapped” without anyone (including the staff member) knowing. When we walked out, it was obvious that we were upset and let down and the staff didn’t ask us for any feedback nor did they offer any...
