Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Aurora

On May 20,2024 6:50pm me and my family and my sisters friend that’s a new comer we as what would she like to eat in the area and she chose pizza nova when I tell you this was the best decision no lie o will try my best not to overwhelm anyone with my review me and my family and friend was welcomed with love by Ferosa her service is outstanding that’s the best service I’ve ever had going to a pizza joint very nice young lady with a big heart it’s been so long since we ever had pizza nova and when I tell you the service from Ferosa made us definitely not make it our last she made sure our order was right very respectful and 5 star interaction I’ve never met someone who’s very passionate about there job more than Ferosa she brings joy and happiness and you I know it’s genuine whoevers the boss Ferosa deserves a raise hands down she’s an amazing woman me and my family ended up ordering two pizzas we are so happy and grateful for the best service and make to make it better it was our first time at that location thanks to Ferosa and her team me and my family had two large pizzas extra cheese and 30 wings 15 bbq 15 regular typing about it is making me wanna get over there now lol also washrooms are easy to locate very clean the store is kept clean at all times amazing I love it thank you so much for Ferosa and thank you for having the time to read my review I appreciate it Yours Sincerely Jesse...

Ordered 2 party size pizzas late at night for a total of $70, received 2 cardboard, inedible pizzas! They used old dough that crumbled and tasted bad, barely any meat and all outside slices were burned. The extra cheese we ordered, came as a burned block, floating on top of the pizza. When we went to pick up the pizza, the gentleman working was on the phone for a social call, he refused to get off the phone to pay attention to us while we picked up the pizza. Absolutely horrible, ruined my night and embarrassed me in front of my guests after I was raving so much about Pizza Nova to them. In exchange for this, I was offered store credit without any regard for the horrible experience, disappointment...

Ordered Halloween night at 415pm, arrived at 5pm paid and waited until 615pm I still did not have my large pepperoni pizza. People who ordered at 5pm were getting their pizza before me. The whole time I just wanted to know if I should just cancel the order so I can get my kids out for Halloween. The guy in charge refused to tell anyone (20+ppl waiting) if or when their order would be ready. "I'll bring them out when they are ready"

The girl at the front was not trained well and was over her head. She could not even process a refund for me.

I left with no food had to make my kids some sandwiches so we could get out late trick...
