2 years of being a regular.
I realized I forgot my card at home at 2nd intermission during an Oilers game, back In May, I said I'd be back before the end of 3rd period.
My uber got into an accident and I ended up in the hospital for 5 days.
Apparently I called BP to say I couldn't pay my beer tab because I'm in the hospital, but I'll pay when I'm out. (I don't remember calling. But that is my instinct.)
I came back and paid the tab and the manager AND bartender said their biggest priority is if I'm ok. They are awesome.
Yesterday (August 1st. 4 months later), I had to take an uber home and come back in the same trip because of an emergency.
10 minutes total, 4 hours before they close.
Bar manager, who was bartending, told my friend that I need to let her know if I'm gone for more than 5 min, because last time,
"I took a cab home and fell asleep and didn't pay my tab"
Which is completely untrue.
Every other person working and every other manager could vouche I would never do that. But she slandered me by telling every customer at the bar that
"I left and fell asleep without paying my tab"
Sorry if getting into a car accident, in an uber, constituents as "dine and dash"
Also, on 2 other occasions, when I asked for my tab, I realized I was UNDER CHARGED, so I asked to include my full total to pay my tab.
Ironically TONIGHT, the bar manager that told my friend that I have a history of not paying my tab, she under charged me and I had to tell her to add the extra drink on my tab before I pay. THE SAME NIGHT SHE FALSELY TOLD MY FRIEND I HAVE A HISTORY OF LEAVING AND FALLING ASLEEP AND NOT PAYING MY TAB

I've been banned. Not because what I said was untrue, but because I posted a negative review.
I had gotten along with every other staff member for 2 years. And the BM slanders me, now I'm just flat out banned.
The 2 managers who made this decision, wouldn't even talk to me, they just informed everyone I am banned.

I ordered the salmon power bowl, which is supposed to have rice included. The waitress told me they were out of rice and they can include extra vegetables. So I said okay because I thought I’d try it. By the way, she said they were out of the rice for months in which the dish should have just been taken off the menu at this point. When it was brought out, my friend said it was presented poorly with the grey side up. Their dish was also not made the way the description on the menu read, so it was sent back and fixed. After a couple of bites of my plate, my friend who is a cook commented that the plate should have some type of starch and they shouldn’t just be serving vegetables and salmon. They suggested I send it back and ask for something else as this was my right as a customer. So since my friend works in this industry, I took their advice and we asked the waitress that I get something else. When we told her I didn’t like the dish, she asked if I wanted something else and I asked if I can see the menu again, and she literally rolled her eyes right in my face and walked off. I’m top of all this, the service was extremely slow. There was only 1 person in the lounge doing everything, waiting drinks and cashier. She was not able to handle it on her own, as we were waiting constantly. After my new dish was brought out, we waited to ask for a fork because the fork was taken with the old dish. I also asked for water, which came 5 minutes later. The waitresses name was Daytona, she is lucky she still got a tip because the service was so poor that my friend took into consideration that maybe she was new and inexperienced. Read moreI ordered skip the dishes. When it arrived it was cold. And when I opened it my spinach dip portion was put into two black sauce cups. The portion was super small. And I ordered a six pack of ginger ale that never arrived. And I ordered a kids 8 inch cheddar, mozza, feta pizza. Instead I got a box with my skip order 180 on it but recieved a perogy pizza instead. I didn't even recieve my apple juice, or apple sauce that comes with the kids meal. I called the restaurant and spoke to Elisa. She kept talking over me being rude. I kept trying to tell her what was wrong with my order and she tried telling me I was being rude even though she didn't take the time to listen to me. So I had to talk over her. Then she put me on speaker phone as I was talking because I could hear the echoing in the back ground. Then I asked to be off speaker phone. And we got disconnected.i called again and spoke to Paul who was a little more understanding and actually listened to me he apologized which I appreciated. He tried to make it right but he did say it would be awhile. I called after a bit to ask about my order and it was Elisa again. She scoffed as she recognized my voice and put the phone down and asked Paul if he could deal with me then I got disconnected again. Btw. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was the manager. I was planning on ordering through your own delivery service after skip refunded my terribly messed up order because I knew they were trying to make it right.
