Presotea Kingsway Mall — Restaurant in Avenue District

I love getting drinks from presotea on my way home from work. The workers are super helpful whenever you have questions about the menu and would offer suggestions as well. I also appreciate how they always wipe the sides of the cup before handing it to me.

I usually get their milk teas and I found myself loving their earl grey milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice. The only inconsistencies with my drink is that sometimes it tastes more milky and less tea flavour so honestly it depends on who makes your order. I definitely prefer more tea flavour because I got their jasmine green milk tea once and it felt like I was drinking just milk as the jasmine tea was barely prominent at all.

Likewise their toppings vary as some days the tapioca would be chewy just the way I like it & other times it can be super soft to the point like it might be cooked...

We were there on Thursday afternoon ( March 16, 2023), we hesitated to any drinks because of so many and so many choices that can be mixed. The young girl that was serving us was so awesome. She was patient with us and explained a few drinks to us and recommended the popular drinks. We bought from her recommendation, what an exceptional customer service she provided. We won't have bought anything if it weren't for her...

Hands down best bubble tea place in town. So much variety, and you can customize your drink if you want something different! The pearls are so tasty and always have the perfect texture unlike the flavorless, hard pearls you get at some other places.
