We ordered Lomi, Beef Pares Overload, and Arroz Caldo, but everything came out as cold food with dry toppings—like porkchop and dumplings that seemed like leftovers from the whole day. Especially with the Beef Pares Overload, which cost us $23 more, the rice was hard and unappetizing.
We asked them to heat it up, but the employee was unfriendly, didn’t apologize, stayed silent, and didn’t care. They reheated the food, but it seemed rushed—probably because they were about to close? Even while paying, the cashier suddenly disappeared, acting busy with closing time. One of our other orders was even taken by another customer because the staff wasn’t paying attention. The place felt unfriendly and unwelcoming.
For over $70, it was definitely not worth it. Even the spoon was so thin it could barely cut the meat or noodles—it felt really cheap. As soon as we got the reheated food, the store shut down, even though other shops around were still open and not in a rush to close.
It did nothing to satisfy our hunger or expectations.

When my daughter came back from getting the food, she was carrying a small soda cup (which she paid over 3$ for) and a little box of rice. I asked her to let me know if there are any traces of chicken in it and to be quite honest, there was not much in it but rice. We sure are never going back to that place. Value for the money is definitely...
Read moreFood way too salty! This is the second location we’ve tried, and the food is salty as the first location we went to. I like salt, but this makes my tongue curl and burns the skin off my lips. A had the Pad Thai again. Just as salty as the southside location. A positive thing is that there are a lot of vegetables in the noodle dishes. My family had different noodle dishes and couldn’t finish them either because so salty. I tried to dilute the saltiness of my leftovers the next day by adding water to make noodle soup. Didn’t work, the leftovers still too salty. The owners could save some money by using less salt or whatever salty sauces they use. I don’t think there will be third...
