Bourbon Street Grill — Restaurant in Avenue District

This place has the best food in the mall by far. Huge portions for the price and the food is very good. I waited until they brought out fresh noodles and bourbon chicken and it was worth the wait. The basic 1 meat 1 veggie 1 rice or noodle is basically two full meals for me although I’m not a very big person. And now for the extra fun comment to the ridiculous review I read for this place.

Very nice that they offered me a sample piece of their chicken very much appreciated. I have never done this before but I have to comment on another review here. It says the following “I can’t comment on the food but I was really disappointed by their customer service. I was waiting in line for another food stall beside them when someone offered me a sample Of a meat I do not prefer. I tried it and then asked if I could sample a meat I do like. I was told- meat is too expensive and we don’t give too many samples. Like excuse me? You asked for it and started it!! I have a sample because YOU offered it to me. Really disappointed, made me look like I’m a stingey sampler lol. Doesn’t matter if your food is good, stop treating people like garbage.”

What is actually wrong with people? When you feel like a stingy sampler or feel ashamed you made yourself feel that way, no one else. I reported your review and hopefully it gets taken down. These employees work their butts off for not enough money and you say they treated you like garbage? You treated them like garbage by asking for more free food. Then you say they started it?? The entitlement is incredible. Appreciate the free sample and say thank you very much. Leave a 1 star review because you didn’t get a second free sample and claim that because you didn’t get another free sample they are treating you like garbage?!?!...

It saddens me to give this a one star because how good the food is, but I just had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by the Younger Chinese lady. And all I asked, was for them to make some more Louisiana chicken. I didn’t mind waiting, but it seemed like a put her in the worst mood ever and she gave me the worst customer service after asking even though it’s their job like I get it, everybody has a horrible day, but going from nice customer service to giving me horrible customer service after asking for a simple thing. Kind of blows my mind. She even had The nerve to throw my food on the tray not even ask if I wanted a bag or chopsticks, or or even offered a fork, a knife instead, she proceeded to just throw my food on the tray and look off in...

We’ve been eating here for several years. Even have our parents are now hooked and ask us to deliver for them. The food is delicious, fresh and bright on the palate. The service is bar none: Amy and Joanna are the icing on the cake. Their smiles are as big as their menu and never disappoint. The food is satiating, but the service will leaving you wanting more.

Bourbon Street has become a go-to staple in our lives with gluten-free options that are to die for.
