TacoTime — Restaurant in Avenue District

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received today. I came here a couple of weeks ago and ordered a large nachos add sour cream. I was given a large deluxe nachos which I just didn’t say anything and ate it anyway. I don’t like the beans and beef which is why I don’t order a deluxe nachos but I let it go as I was hungry and in a rush. This time I ordered the same thing but when I saw her adding beans I mentioned politely that I didn’t want a deluxe she responded with attitude and said “you don’t want beans and beef?” I said “no I don’t like the beans and beef” she then rolled her eyes and the guy on till turned around and they looked at each other and laughed…. Laughed at me right in front of me….. what kind of customer service is that? I was completely shocked as I was really respectful and tried letting her know before she put the beans on but it was too late. She got visibly upset as if it were my fault. I will never return to this location. Taco Time is my preferred place when eating at any mall but this location needs some serious coaching on how to...

Disappointing service. I did not write a review here before because I did not feel the need to write such a minor incident, but mistakes continued to happen and the attitude that these employees present are very disappointing.

First incident: I ordered a meal and asked a bottled drink. I had already paid and the employee had given me a cup with my drink, I got dissapointed and asked why my drink wasn’t bottled, she told me she had forgotten so I just disregarded it. This employee cannot even apologize for their mistake.

Second incident: I ordered the same meal but asked for a deluxe fries instead of the regular one, the employee forgot again and continued to give me their rude customer service by sighing in front of me. It takes less than 2 minutes to fix this mistake but this employee chose to sigh and made annoyed facial appearance towards me.

So dissapointed. Food remains to be good, but just terrible...

Sadly wish I could give 0 stars. Today a little after 2:30. I went to the line up where I watched a gentleman waiting in line. Watched an employee cleaning a fridge. Ignoring this gentleman. He finallly walked away. Why I stayed I don’t know. As the girl continued to clean. I stood closer to the counter. Where she finally noticed me. Didn’t say hi. Just asked what I wanted. Still cleaning up garbage didn’t even come to the cash part to take my order. I stated what I wanted and she still decided cleaning was better then customer service. Or may I say no customer service. So I just told her looks like your to busy to take my business. And I went else where. Might want to train these girls and what...
