I rarely give 2 stars to my review and to think of that I will be reviewing Jollibee which is my favorite chain in our home country.
First is food were good, not excellent because some of the product are blant (palabok) and the chicken is still raw inside (taste better if you only eat the crispness of its skin and outer layer of the meat).
Second is about their dining area, we understand that they don't accept in-person dining during the lockdown due to Alberta Restriction (even washroom are not allowed to use) but the Alberta Government and Federal Government already allowed in-person dining and it opened last 8th of February 2021 however this location STILL don't allowed customers walk in to dine on their location even with the strict 2 metres apart or separated by an impermeable barrier.
I totally understand how frustrating for the businesses to follow the rules but with this measures your are implanting, it is a little exaggerated decision (even washroom are still close for customers,WTH?)
And last, the more your company are saving a little pennies out of Employees wages, your management should also see how to minimize expenses such as take away boxes ( putting a piece of chicken on single takeaway box, what a waste, isn't it?), Extra gravy for each chicken joy purchase , really? (another waste of container and ingredients, we've only consume 2 small gravy container on our 4 pcs of chicken joy). I am nobody for the big company like JOLLIBEE to listen to but my concern is, instead of putting another dollar to your expensive packaging, I would suggest to spend it to your customer service experience and to your loyal employees who work hard to build your brand(a happy place to be).
Just get your head wrapped around what's happening to the world. We are thankful that your company open branches where Filipinos are but please Jollibee, be the company that gives joy to people too and not by giving someone a stress about not able to go to washroom or not able to get the extra sauce for Spaghetti or simple request that your branches in Edmonton Kingsway cannot grant to a customer(who only wants to have a satisfied stomach and BEE happy).

Arriving to collect a mobile order should ideally be a seamless process, yet, regrettably, it was anything but. The front-of-house unprofessional behavior and lack of communication among staff members led to an excruciating wait of over 20 minutes, only to discover the completed order carelessly placed behind the counter, untouched and becoming cold.
The array of dishes, comprising spicy and regular chicken, spaghetti, and dessert pies, ultimately failed to salvage the faltering experience. The promise of a flavorful and hot meal was shattered, replaced by disappointment. The chicken arrived cold and unsettlingly greasy, failing to capture the essence of what the menu purported. The spaghetti, an anticipated offering, bore the same fate—cold and lacking the expected flavors.
Despite the initial excitement for dessert pies, even these sweet treats couldn't salvage the meal. They too arrived tepid, detracting from any potential enjoyment.
The cumulative effect of the staff's miscommunication, coupled with the compromised quality of the dishes, painted a regrettable picture of inconsistency and dissatisfaction.

Read more1 star for this branch. Jollibee reminds me of Philippines that is why I keep coming back. But THIS SPECIFIC location? Of all the times I visited here, I am dissatisfied. I’ve had awful experiences which most of it are inaccurate orders.. they do punch it correct on the till/receipt but STILL MESS IT UP. I’ve had missing item one time (palabok, of which I’m super mad about because I went there coz I got a hankering of it, and they did a great job not including it in my order although my receipt says I paid for it), the other was incorrect chicken flavour( you ask for half and had spicy and they give you original lol). Like you only have one job, make it right. Your menu is not that complicated LOL. The other thing also is, the wait time. There is once I went in to order take out and they left me standing there for total 20 minutes just staring and nobody asked me/update me about my order. NONE. So I managed to ask what is going on and the lady just said with her back on me (we’re still preparing the other item).. please improve your customer service. On top of this, it’s not worth it getting treated like this like as if Jollibee food is CHEAP, which really isn’t. Prices don’t match customer experience(I had the angus beef burger for the first time for a whooping $20 plus the 20 minutes wait/being ignored by staff).
