Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Avenue District

First, I would like to say we’ve been ordering from this location for about 10 years. Overall the food taste good, the delivery was lightening fast but the last couple of years we’ve started ordering less and less.

I’m not sure what has changed, but over the last couple of years we’ve been receiving more undercooked pizzas than fully cooked. The last few times we’ve asked for them to be well-done to ensure they are at least fully cooked, to no avail. We’ve called about it, had pizzas refunded and replaced, but it seems as if the standard of cook is only consistent after the first order has to be replaced.

It’s for this reason we choose other pizza places over Papa Johns most of the time and when we give it another chance, like last night, we get yet another undercooked pizza. 2 customers had been yelling inside and outside of the business, one of the people attempted to enter my vehicle twice with a baby inside the car, cops were called by the staff but employees did not even lock the door once the people had gone outside, I would have been happier if they did and told me that they closed, I am not happy that they tried to continue doing business when unsafe, is profit more important than having a safe place of business not only for customers but for their own employees. This makes me sick as I love the pizza and should not be limited to only delivery so I may keep my family safe from the environment they allow inside their place of business. Worst customers service I have ever seen, ordered online, then called them telling them to deliver downstairs not upstairs, they are lying about they can't see the deliver instructions, I run a restaurant too, I know exactly how Skip app looks like and they do give you delivery instructions. Then he told me I will try my best, I said no, you have to tell the driver to to downstairs, not upstairs, he said they are busy and he can't.
