Awful. Second time at this location. Itās been a while since the last. Its unfortunately the most accessible location to us. Went in this time with my son and asked for a kids veggie. And the young guy behind the counter is like āoh⦠we donāt do kidsā. I then remember that this had happened the first time we were here and I had thought at the time that all subways discontinued it. Nope.. just there. Anyways, that was first annoyance. After that, I then said okay well, can I get a footlong veggie and can you just cut the 1/3 off the end and told him that we get practically the same thing on it except I like southwest on my side. And heās like okay you want me to cut both ends off?? And I was like āno thanks, I want the whole sandwichā and then follows it with something like ya we donāt do this but I will this timeā. THEN he gets to the veggies and I ask for tomato. And heās like āoh , weāre all out of tomatoesā. And Iām like āyouāre all out of tomatoes??!!!ā And yes like āyaā¦ā and I just stared at him and said āuhā¦..ā as Iām about to tell him Iām not going to take the sandwich (as in a veggie sandwich that I only have lettuce, tomato and picklesā¦itās kind of essential to my sandwich), he says āwell.. I do have some in the back but I would have to go prep themā so I said āokaaay? Thatās fine?ā. So he does. But like what?? If itās a staffing issue and no oneās had time to prep then that should be dealt with but Iām getting the vibe that itās not the issue at hand. Ok all is done. Go home and as Iām opening the paper the bread is just flaking EVERYWHRE (it was not toasted). Like the bread was drier than a loofah. No third try for you guys. Will be driving the extra 5 minutes to a better location with bread thatās not 2 days old, one (pretty much any other subway??) that will do a dang kid size sandwich, & really one that wonāt make it so difficult to get a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a steak and bacon sub on September 24th at approximately 6:00 pm. This sub is supposed to come with a double serving of cheese. Our sub arrived and not only did it have no cheese on it whatsoever, it looked like it had been sat on or dropped. Compared to the chicken rancher that was part of the same order, there were barely any vegetables on it as well.
I contacted the restaurant and explained the situation, asking what our options were because it had been made incorrectly and was extremely unappetizing. The employee working refused to listen to me and kept insisting over and over that he remembered adding cheese and that it mustāve just melted even though it was clear there was no cheese, since we had a second sub with cheese on it for comparison. I asked him if he had a supervisor I could speak to and he said he was the only one in the store and that there was absolutely nothing he could do to rectify the situation. In a situation like this typically an order would be re-made and I found it to be extremely unprofessional of the employee to keep insisting he hadnāt made a mistake and didnāt provide any sort of solution.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live nearby, so Iāve unfortunately been to this location multiple times..whether itās the morning shift (the heavyset woman who claims to be the manager) or the evening shift (the bearded guy with long hair and glasses), the staff here is consistently rude and unprofessional. Their attitude is downright hostile, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason their job exists.
Letās be clear: we are paying for our meals, not asking for charity. I work as a cook myself, and I know that in this industry, politeness and customer service are fundamental. But at this Subway, those principles donāt seem to exist. Out of all the times Iāve visited, I can confidently say that the service has been nothing short of absolutely terrible.
And before you reply with some generic message asking me to "reach out via email" to escalate my concerns..donāt bother. Instead of pretending to care, how about actually improving your customer service? My experience at this location has been beyond disappointing, and I will never be...
