I had the worst ever encounter with the most rude cashier ever. Diksha was rude, belligerent and abusive. She was a miserable person from the get go, she was rude at the speaker and was ever more rude at the window, rolling her eyes and using a condescending tone, going as far as slamming the window in our faces. I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service. We went inside to order and she downright refused to take our order. She even used disgusting profanities against us. I was a regular at this KFC as I live down the street, but never again. I will be getting in touch with corporate and making sure Diksha gets what’s coming to her. These Indian international students with their holier than thou attitudes ruin it for the rest of them.
Update: I called to speak to the manager (great another international student), call went something like this “hello may I speak to the manager” male: “I am!” Me: “ok sir what’s your name?” Male: “I am not giving you my name, there is now law stating I need to give you my name” at this point I’m so confused as to the combative behaviour of this whole establishments staff, I guess they get it from their manager. I ordered my food online, and it's impacted to me that my order would be ready around 8.46 pm which was about 45 minutes after I ordered the food. I arrived there at 9:00 pm to pick up my order, but these kids there had no clue what I was talking about... because they were busy playing with the Boys forgetting they had a job to do. This is not the first time; I had this problem with this very location. All I got was to tell me "NO FOOD,". Yes! I was told no food. And I asked why. they couldn't give me any straight answer other than to tell me to wait and let them make it. How could there be food when nobody was cooking? Hello! I feel sorry for the owner. These kids should be fired including the manager and replaced with serious people who want to work and seriously need the job. Cooking food for the public is a serious business and not a joke. Repeatedly have had issues with old chicken as they keep trying to recycle it as fresh. I was hung up on twice and finally got through and told them I was bringing it back! I waited in the drive through for the longest time. The server came out and was trying to get me to pull up closer to the car 4' infront of me...NOPE, off the wall that request... They blocked the drivethru behind me and I was last up to the window. There was a steady stream of customers wanting food and they just ignored them. They said they ran out of chicken...seriously poor service, bad overcooked food thrown in the bag...no chicken for customers...isnt that their specialty? After looking at my bank transactions today I see that they actually charged my card a second time instead of reversing the origional transaction so I have now filed a claim with my bank to retrieve both charges.
