!!DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! ( Went on April 1st 2025 7:30pm) Me and my partner ordered through the mobile app, and arrived just past the time it said the food would be ready. Well, it was not ready, and I ended up waiting inside for nearly an HOUR while my partner and our baby was in the car, she was screaming the whole time.. ( she's 5 months btw...) and we ordered on the app so we could pick it up quick and head home...
There were MULTIPLE PEOPLE waiting inside for their order and they didn't have anyone's food being made... not even mine..
I had to ask 3 times about our food and finally got it after an hour of waiting, I asked for some sort of discount, or compensation, and I was told NO discount of any sort was possible. Instead they gave some extra Cinnabon delights and that's it....
When I checked the bag in the car, they completely forgot 2 items we ordered so I had to go back inside...
The people working there looked clueless, had no idea what to do or say, and the manager didn't give a single shit about anything.
I should have been compensated better, or redunded since I didn't think I'd have to wait an hour with my kid crying the entire time in the car with my partner, along with them forgetting to put items in the bag...

Read moreI have been to this Taco Bell many times for lunch and have got the Spicy taco box even when it wasn’t on the physical menu it was on there system. Today I went after my shift and the young girl at the counter which I’ve never seen before told me they no longer had it on the menu showing me the physical menu but saying they had the spicy nachos. I told her that I know it’s not on there anymore but when I went last week they still had it on their system if she could check and that it’s basically 3 regular tacos with the spicy sauce. She refused to at least check and was responding to me rudely and kept insisting they have no longer had it for weeks on their menu, i just wanted her to check the system or ask her manager. She wouldn’t even try. My anxiety was getting pretty bad so I ended up not getting anything and leaving. That experience made me not ever wanting to go there again and will be sharing this experience to my co workers who also go to this establishment. Read moreTook advantage of the free crunch wrap coupon for downloading the new app. I understand this is new however this location has been using other third party online ordering apps for years. So I do not understand why my good was not ready when I arrived. Further more the staff did not even seem to be aware an order had been placed. I was not offered an appology for this and when confronted the manager tried to give me no fewer then six different excuses for this issue none of which made sense with the problem. I had to correct her at what the issue was after each one. I feel I wouldn't have had to of she had listened to my problem fully before intrupting me to give a wrong explanation. Especially when all I wanted to hear was I am sorry this is a new program will follow up more throughally with my team. If I was in taco bells shoes I would be looking for someone a bit more mature for their management rolls.
