Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Barrie

I had a bad experience last evening. I went to the drive through and ordered two subs. There was one car ahead of me. I then waited behind that one car for 23 minutes. When I finally got up to the window the young lady apologized and said she was very busy and was the only person working. (at 5:00pm on a Tuesday). I then asked her if she had made my sandwiches and she said no that the order in front of me was 2 assorted subs with everything on them........23 minutes to make 2 subs. I saw then that she was also taking care of someone at the counter. Fed up I told her not to bother and I would take my business elsewhere. My biggest problem with this is not my wasted time, but the fact that a young girl was left to work in this establishment alone without the wherewithal to close the drive through when she couldn't handle it but it's a safety issue as well. It was my first time getting a sub from Mr. Sub, and it was an outstanding experience for me, was better than what I expected. As it was my first time getting a sub from mr. Sub, I had no idea which sub I would like and soo I asked for recommendation from the "Lucky" who was serving me at the moment and she recommend me all the good toppings along with sauces and even type of bread. On top of it she made me a great tasting sub and I'd definitely like to visit the store again hoping to get served by Lucky again.

My Husband and I went to Mr. Subs on young street tonight Sat July 8th at 7pm we placed our order in the drive thru and when we got to the window no one came to take our money and a few mins later the girl working came out to help a customer with a big order not once did she come to window to explain to us what was going on and she would be right with us she then proceeded to lean over the side of the truck and talk to the people for five mins we ended up leaving with out our food it was very poor customer service and we will not be returning to this...
