Pizzaville — Restaurant in Barrie

I mean atmosphere to me with take out is sort of non applicable. But attatching a photo for a comprehensive review, lets just say , it was a rainy day in pizzaville the man on staff has made my walk in pepperoni and cheese several times. Super SUUUPER nice man. Also he CAN make a wicked pizza. But i have never received a pizza of this look , taste , or just plain wrong. Where can i post photos? Their is no option, regardless its raw, and the cheese is just a sort of play doh looking accessory spotty , with a way way WAY to much sauce show... really sad to have to even feel the need to post. But , a review IS a review. Again , my positive is , this man is super kind , and has at this moment began another pizza. Large , 1 topping cheese , pepperoni.. although i am a single father on disability and made my drive from 10 minuits across all the way back... i cant afford to get , a putty prop... :( Sorry for the edit, i hit POST. When i finished typing although. I am tired , wanted to receive the pizzaville my brain associates with , well, pizzaville, had to take a 4 way drive here home , back here , home, to * hopefully * get the cooked , crispy , just right , cheese even , pepperoni crisp edges , non transparent middle , dinner i had come to so happily expect from here. went in and ordered a Party size Canadian and a Large Canadian. Got the pizzas home and the Large was perfect. Opened the party size and it was all wet and soggy. The bottom of the pizza dough was mushy, you could put your finger right through it with ease. Went back to the store to get a new party size and a worker named Janessa started arguing with me that the pizza was all wet because the mushrooms leak water when they are cooked. I said I order the party size from this location 2-4 times a month the mushrooms do not leak water like that. Its simply under cooked. I then flipped a piece over and put my finger right through the mushy dough. She said Im telling you right now if the next pizza is wet because the mushrooms we arent making you another one. I said your gonna make me a new pizza and properly cook it. She then said actually Im not making you another pizza you can just take your money back. Then she tried to give my mom less money then she paid for the pizza. The 2 girls at the store had different prices for the pizza finally she gave my mom the $29.95 that was owed. I never once swore at this women Janessa. She was defensive and argumental right off the bat. I order from this location 2-4 times a month. Unless Janessa is fired for the way she deals with returning customers our families business will go...

I'm a loyal and repetitious customer. We use Huronia and Yonge in Barrie. The staff are very friendly and hard working. We have lots of options for pizza, but Pizzaville used to try hard. Today I went online and no deals that met our needs. Gone was the large 5 toppings with dipping sauces but we ordered what we needed and were will to pay the $37 as we have the grandson here and pizza is fun at a sleep over. Its covid still so we order on line and pick up as it's so close and limited contact. I attended for pick up to find that the same medium pizza I bought on line for $17 is $10 if I walked in and ordered it during covid and waited with the staff and any other customers . A LARGE walk in is just $12. Makes no sense during covid much less any time . An on line sale is a sure thing for them and takes less staff to take the order. To top it all off they got our order wrong. I paid for double topping and ended up with half. Also the caesar salad requires another $1 on the price to get bacon . Come on! Anyway we will try competition around...
