Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Barrie

On sunday noon (at around 12 pm), we had ordered two large thin crust pizza and cheese sticks combo. We had ordered the pizzas to be well done. However when we received the pizzas they were burnt (instead of being well done). It no longer had any taste of cheese/toppings and the crust itself became crunchy. Since it was delivery order, We called the store right away. CSR said, there is no manager present in store and to call back later. They didn’t offer to send new batch/ask us to even bring the pizzas (in case they had any doubt). We were waiting and called back again in the afternoon, at that time they confirmed that no manager will come today. Thus we called back today (noon), the manager was extremely rude and in-cooperative. He wouldn’t even provide names of higher customer service authority and is completely dismissive. Instead of fixing the problem he initially said he would provide 50% discount in next order ( we never want buy from them again after such bad experience) and when we declined he said "he never wants us to do business with their store". Are you serious? After an entire day he wants us to send pictures of pizza by scavenging through the organic bin? Is this how they treat customers and Why didn’t they mention it when we had called that day twice? Papa johns should really look into what kind of people they are putting in place...

I really love Papa John's pizza and this location especially. They always load on the toppings and cheese and I've never gotten a disappointing pizza from them (where other places in town I've gotten pizzas with 5-ish pieces of an ordered topping and wondered why they even bothered, lol). I love that they have spicy Italian sausage and green olives, and their bacon cheese bread is so good. Their cinnamon pull apart dessert is also great. The people who work here are always professional and courteous, even when the customers are not. I saw a few really horrible customers when I picked up an order over Halloween. When you order over a holiday, it's not really surprising that orders will take a bit longer (which they told people to expect during ordering). They were so busy and still got everything out quickly, and they kept being polite and smiling, even in the face of rude customers who were furious about having to wait a couple extra minutes for their Halloween pizzas. I ordered the combo deal at papa johns through skipthedishes because its was cheaper. The combo deal is pizza ands crispy wings and i had it delivered. once delivered i found that the crispy wings were soggy and not only that i had the wrong pizza.... They gave me a papadias "panzerotti". I called skipthedishs and they couldnt get hold of papajohn so they only give me half my money back, which is good. But now i was stuck is soggy wings and a papadia that i never wanted. so i cut into it maybe thinking it had my toppings i ask for no... it was totally wrong, but not only did it have the wrong toppings. It was the worst panzerotti i've ever seen made. "submitted photo below" The cheese was on the left stuff in a big ball, toppings were all in the middle row clumped together and the sauce was all on the right... everything should be mixed together and not separated... i wasn't happy at all. i will not be returning in fear i will get another...
