Subway — Restaurant in Barrie

Can’t give this one start but I had to keep the review, every one should know how event full their charges are, to loot customers, I have ordered salad bowl which is cost of $8 and some change asked for rice which is extra $2 charge and I understand as they don’t have option to order rice bowl without meat and I did not want the meat,but then their employe ‘ASH’ charge me rice by scoop so as per her 2 scoop of rice now costing me $4, that also without asking me that how many scoop I want, Irony is if I order directly rice bowl with chicken which is by default comes with 3 scoop of rice is costing me $12.29 but because I ordered salad and extra rice for 2 scoop of rice costing me $12.59 without any meat and less rice, when I told the lady the other day another employee charged me $10.59, she is giving me threatening to call 911 and asking what do you want a rice bowl for $10, if with meat the charge is $12 without meat $14 how the math works in store and how the management work where 2 different employees charges me different for the same thing, I can’t not forget the attitude and rudeness of employee not going in this store ever. Too bad energy that I did not feel right eating...

Just wondering if you make up your own hours at this particular location! 3 nights in a row it states that you close at 11:00pm and 10:00pm Tuesday but I went there the past 3 nights at 9:45pm and you’s are closed, lights off and shut down, but yet your employees are sitting outside chit chatting with their friends at a bunch of cars directly in front of the restaurant! During the day I have been there many times a so live across the road literally and the one girl is friendly but the rest I don’t friendly. They do their job and that’s all they do! The absolute bare minimum is what I’ve seen them do! If you say you’re open at a certain time, then be open! If you’re going to close every night early then make that your new closing time but stop listing your restaurant as open when it’s not! A bit mad cause all 7 of us wanted subway pretty bad...

I am absolutely disgusted by the girls that were working at 530pm Nov 23 2022. My wife and I went in to order she got a salad and when she asked for the salad to be chopped they said that was discontinued, no problem has that happen just usually have to explain what we mean and they do it, well no this time they say they don't have that chopper anymore and they don't do chopped salads whatsoever. They then starting getting rude when my wife asked another question so she asked for the manager and these two little girls had the audacity to laugh in our face and whisper and say sorry discontinued. MARK MY WORDS I WILL BE CALLING HEAD OFFICE, CORPORATE, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. will never return to this...
