Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Beaumont

Firstly, we paid $30 for three ice cream cones. This would have been worth it if the ice cream had been slightly decent. I had the raspberry cheesecake and the ice cream was absolutely vanilla, when it was supposed to be cheesecake. The rasberries weee clumped in one big frozen ball on one side of the cone. The graham cracker crumbs were clumped on the opposite side of the rasberries. The actual cone was really good but the rest of it was tremendously disappointing. Also, several of the flavours advertised were not available because they hadn’t come in yet. My husband ended up ordering peanut butter but again, received vanilla instead.

I am happy to pay $30 for three ice cream cones, but they need to consist of what was ordered. Moreover, the quality needs to be worth the $30. Sadly...

I was going to redeem birthday voucher. Lady may not have been working here long enough to know, but if you offer birthday things your staff should know. I asked her how I use it because it's different than last year. She said "can use on ur birthday " "is it ur birthday" I said 2 days ago And she said "redeem on day of birthday" And I told her 3 times it says "Expires 2024 / 10 / 06" "it says October 6th" And she just gave up and said she'd do it

Their scan machine was broken so she asked me to read my rewards number. After entering my thing it showed up $9.44 than she clicked something, than it showed up 'birthday reward' $0.

We probably spend more money on ice cream than anyone should, but we love Marble Slab! Jaspreet, the owner, is absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly and it's obvious she enjoys her work. My youngest daugther is Celiac, so Jaspreet took the time to go over the menu with us so we would know what she could eat. When we brough in gluten-free oreos, Jaspreet didn't hesitate to get the slab cleaned up and mix some cookies and cream ice cream so my daughter could enjoy her favourite flavour.
