The service here has TANKED since the loss of the previous Bartending staff.
The current staff here ask for ID EVERY TIME I'm at this location, and I frequent this location quite often. I understand that the workers failed multiple inspections and got the license put at risk, which required the location to serve a 2 day closure as part of their suspension. But if they bothered to pay attention to the patrons and stayed off of their phones on slower nights, maybe they wouldn't have the issues they're having.
Maybe it wouldn't force the manager to have to be on staff almost every night...
One of the bartenders who has been working this location for in excess of 2 years now is easily distracted, gets frazzled and can't seem to focus on one customer at a time.
We asked for a pool table, twice, but one was not started because instead of starting a tab the bartender was too busy taking payment for the drink I had just ordered to start the table before she then began serving another customer, who was not in our group, after they had 'cut the line' so to speak to ask for a drink.
Instead of asking if we wanted to start a tab, this bartender insisted on us paying for the drinks after we had briefly walked away from the counter.
This absolutely terrible service is why I won't be frequenting this location anymore.
I don't understand how the staff can work here as long as they have, and still fail at the basic standards of service.
And the fact that this location refused a PAL/Firearms license as a form of ID I'd laughable.
The service sucks here. There's only two good bartenders left and they're the only reason I would attend this location. Only when they're working.
Also- after submitting to have my membership transferred from a different location, a year later that transfer never occurred.
The staff seem to: Lack the ability to keep up with a rush. Manage a crowd larger than 5 Serve customers in the order that they arrived at the bar counter Treat customers with respect

The jukebox is useless with a terrible selection that the owner does absolutely nothin about. Ive been a member and regular for 4 years here. Its very dissapointing. The weekends evening girls told my friend who doesnt even drink that they thought he looked intoxicated and threatened to call the cops on him and take his plate. He had just woken up from a nap. There is several charity cases that the evening staff let drink for free all night and then they have the nerve to treat paying customers like this?Also without naming names. The evenin weekend staff does last calls before the actually designated laat call.and will freely go around dumping peoples drinks out to get them out faster. Does she ask everyone if they have a DUY before she serve them. Her name is Grace and everyone has to be aware that she is doing this and thinks that it is her responsibly to do this.
