Sabrina's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Blackfalds

Be me, from edmonton like there's good pizza frickin everywhere 24/7 365. Love donair pizza, especially nitzas Come to Blkfalds, hear of Sabrina's, tiny old school joint, donair pizza comes recommended, of course, but you had me at joint. People: this is not a donair pizza, well it is, but its like if Chicago style deep dish had a mad 3 way with a lasagna and a meatloaf. This pizza is more accurately described as, (imo) "5 jumbo cheese donairs with 2x cheese baked open face over fresh dough" AND thats just for a medium! I mean if you ask how much beforehand and you're not savvy 34 after tax and delivery for a medium za you'd seize out, but think about it: 4-5 jumbo cheese donairs, thats like $55 minimum. And their donair loaf supply is legit.

Butttt...if you guys read this, its not perfect. personally I think that some of the donair meat could use a minute or 2 in the frying pan before stacking just to add some texture, u no fried loaf is a great flavor... Also you should just include like 4oz of sauce on the side... Like cuz really what's the food cost on sweet sauce, cuz we both know that it needs a touch more sauce on the base, but get it...u can't let that amazing

Wow just read a few of these comments on here and had give my own experiences about Sabrinas. This is by far my favourite place in Blackfalds to order from. I have ordered time, and time again and I am constantly recommending Sabrinas to family and friends who haven't tried it yet. The food is amazing. The pizza has always been phenomenal, hot and LOADED with toppings. No need to order extra cheese or anything! Their burgers are hands down the most bang for your buck and super delish 😁 If you're a mushroom lover, you've gotta order their mushroom burger! Mmmmm! I don't even like burgers, lol! The owners are super friendly and chat at the door or visit with you if you're waiting on your order at their restaurant. Sabrina herself is such a kind lady, hard working always with a smile on her face. Her husband too is such a kind man. We always chat when i see him around town. The kids are sweethearts. I think they've gotten to know me as I'm a regular customer there and will continue to be. If for any reason your order isn't right, these people would correct it in a heartbeat! I feel blessed to have this gem of a family, small business owners and amazing food all in one place 😁 I can't believe others have such horrible things to say. Clearly you just had a bad...

Horrible customer care.

We ordered 2x donairs, we love the pizza and have always ordered when we don’t wanna cook but wanted to try something new.

First off, upon picking up, I noticed they don’t have the regular rotating/ shaven skewer of donair meat…when we got the food home this all made sense as the small amount of meat in the donair looked like thinly sliced deli meat that had been baked in an oven… not what we were expecting but we still have it a chance. Then, the pita seemed very stale and hard to pull apart. Even the sauce was questionable, not sweet or garlicky. So confused how they can even think it is acceptable to give people that sold as a “donair”

When we called in to give them this feedback and the chance to rectify the situation, the owner (Mike) directly said to me that this was the way they have always made it and that no one complains so they won’t change it. To which I responded I understand but we were unhappy and still hungry and he really couldn’t care less and proceeded to explain to me what a donair is composed of.

VERY RUDE. Safe to say we won’t be grabbing pizza from here anymore either. It’s one thing to make a bad donair, it’s another to be completely dismissive when a paying customer is...
