Let's start by saying that clearly, they were in a bit of a rush and that the food itself was alright.
This being said.
Out of the 4 automated ordering board, 1 was off, 1 wasn't responding and the two remaining ones didn't have paper to print the order number. Obviously, people didn't look at their order number, expecting a paper with the number on it. This led to a lot of angry and confused customer that were being yelled numbers at by the (oblivious) staff who either didn't understand, or didn't know how to react to the situation.
The self serve drink counter was in a pityful shape. A -lot- of trash on it
Due to the printing issues, nobody could confirm that they actually ordered what was in their bags, or that they had actually requested customization.
All in all, if there was a manager on the premises, he was nowhere to be found cuz there were a lot of things to take care of, and nobody seemed interested in...
Read more9:30 am, 25 Aug 2024, I walked into the restaurant and saw angry customer was arguing with one McDonald staff. Since I did not understand the French, I did not understand their argument about. Base on their body language, I believed which was about the meal order. Base on the the staff’s uniform, I believed that the staff was store manager. At finally, the angry customer put the meal and walked out the restaurant.
I was standing at front counter, the store manager noticed me here but he was ignoring me. For about more 10 minutes, I stopped him and tried to order the breakfast by using cash. He replied to me that he was busing and did not accept any cash order. I walked away without any orders.

The store was not clean, tables dirty and floor sticky.
Our order was completely wrong causing us to have to go back 3 times tp correct it.
Our food was cold (breakfast sandwiches at 10am) and our serving size was off (medium fries half empty because they just inserted them correctly.
They had loads of staff but it appeared very little teamwork or people management. We could hear staff arguing with each other from the kitchen.
If we had gotten the receipt to mention it to the store directly we would have asked for pur money back. Hopefully management or owner will see this and get it back in...
