I'm a regular customer, recently the machines have been recalibrated too actually give you less cream and less sugar, I've drank an extra large 4 cream 4 sugar for 30 years , apon visits for my daily fix I've complained several times about my coffee not being made properly to be remade over and over , I asked one of the gentlemen employees about when will the machines be Recalibrated and his response floored me , a customer for well over 30 years I was told I'm wrong and I don't drink a 4x4 coffee and there's something wrong with me..... I have taken there unsatisfactory coffee to a different Tim Hortons In town to have it replaced and bam there's my coffee .. this location does not care if your order is as you ordered, even some of the employees just shake there head and say there's nothing they can do about the quality of their items ... if I wasn't told I'm wrong and don't drink my 30 year fix I would have patiently waited for the recalibration of the machines, it's been a month now and the coffee there serving hasn't changed .... I'm hoping this will get to "Jack" the franchise holder as when I ask when he will be around I'm told I don't know every time I've asked ...

Revised: March 2025 I've recently returned to this location to have An issue with service, with this location I've found that the customer is not correct for asking to have an item microwaved and was told no! I have the same item microwaved by other employees at this location all the time and was shocked by being told no, if this happens next time I'm at this location I'm going to walk out or demand my money back ... I ordered a cookie and an XL honey lemon tea (black) and asked for it to be cooled down with ice. The cashier (named OLA, not wearing a name tag) waved to his friend behind me and ignored me mid-order. He then served his friend before me, and carelessly dropped two ice cubes on the tea lid before walking away.
When I asked for more ice, he got aggressive, waved his arms, and rudely told me to move to the other side. I calmly requested a separate cup of ice (and agreed to pay), but he refused and continued being hostile. When I asked for his name to file a complaint, he began yelling, threatening to quit, and creating a public scene.
Another employee (Barbara - supervisor) stepped in as he physically pushed past her and continued yelling ā clearly a violation of Tim Hortonsā workplace harassment and customer service policies. Barbara confirmed he had behaved this way before and was visibly shaken. Meanwhile, his friend verbally harassed my wife outside, mocking her for no reason.
This incident involved:
⢠Aggressive behavior toward customers and staff
⢠Verbal abuse and physical intimidation Failure to wear name identification (against Tim Hortonsā policy)
⢠Violation of Ontarioās OHSA regarding workplace violence and harassment
⢠Neglect of customer service standards outlined in Tim Hortonsā own employee conduct training.
If Tim Hortons is serious about maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment, this employee should be immediately reviewed and removed. I hope corporate takes this seriously before...

TRAVELING ALL AROUND ONTARIO it's FRUSTRATING to have to TALK to the MANAGER IN EVERY LOCATION AND SHOWING THEM THAT THE OTHER TIM HORTONS CHARGE LESS. I'VE SAVED EVERY RECEIPT and noticed that their TIM'S CARD IS TAPPED, but NOT ADDING THE TOTAL in order to receive your free coffee or pastry. Tim Hortons TAKES ADVANTAGE of the fact that the DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER'S drive off with their order and can't return to get their correct order. Twice I've found a brown paper towel in my coffee. TIM HORTONS NEVER bothered to RETURN MY CALL OR even READ the COMPLAINTS on these posts. The prices at COUNTRY STYLE DONUTS, COFFEE TIME EVEN MC DONALDS, ETC were THE SAME PRICES AT THEIR LOCATIONS.
