I was ordered online extra large pizza. I was go to pickup pizza yesterday. Nobody come to help me. And then I asked nobody to help cashier service. The man said, he doesn’t have millions hand. And then he come , I was on the first line up. He said stay there . He told other person orders. And he went back . And then he ask me about my payment. I said debit. One time I did payment. He didn’t look he went back . And then he said your payment not approved. So I did again payment. So it’s charged two time in my bank account . And I call customer service. Read moreI used to love coming here, but the new owners are incredibly rude. I visited two nights in a row and was met with nothing but attitude. I was ignored for most of the time during both visits. I won’t be coming back here again.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the owner might have just been having a bad day, but that wasn’t the case. It’s clear he regrets buying the place because his frustration and lack of professionalism are obvious. When you try to talk to him, he snaps at you, and when I asked about taxes, he was dismissive and rude.

Read moredon’t usually write reviews, but I had such a poor experience here that I feel compelled to share. The customer service was shockingly rude, especially from one staff member—a bearded guy who acted like he owned the place. His attitude was so disrespectful, it felt confrontational.
On top of that, the hygiene was appalling. Flies were everywhere, even landing on the pizza. It was a completely unacceptable dining experience—terrible service, bad attitude, and unappetizing food.
